I didn’t realize this is geared for teenagers when I picked it up , but the advice in here is solid for any age wanting to understand Discernment of spirits and how the enemy works against us . Thoroughly covered the topic with great explanations

Truly for beginners, probably more for middle or high schoolers. Read this with my wife after having read Dan's book Spiritual Warfare and the Discernment of Spirits with a group of guys for Lent. There were some really good nuggets in here, but the stories/examples were very clearly for teens or young adults, not really for adults. If you really are a beginner this is probably a good place to start, but if you have even a little bit of experience with St. Ignatius and Catholic tradition on discernment or spiritual warfare, just go to Dan's other book.

While I didn’t realize this o e was directed towards young adults, there is a lot in this book that applies to older adults as well. I wish this book was around when I was in college!!
