Rápido y de contenido directo, perfecto para obtener una idea de lo que es el mundo del ejercicio. Biológicamente fuimos diseñados para correr, esta en nuestra genética, en nuestro cuerpo y músculos, y este libro te impone a tener la mentalidad de ello mostrándote una rutina que te impondrá a convertirlo en hábito, así como un conocimiento básico en dietas.
