Pseudomorph is a wonderful start to a new sci-fi series by Will and Lianne Luxton. The book follows the adventure of Colonial Marshall Matt Ronan as he tries to uncover the mystery of people disappearing from different planets. This leads him to Bu Souada, where all hell breaks loose. The story is a sci-fi mixture of detective work and horror as he uncovers the reality of corrupt corporations and the terror of biotech research gone wild. I'm looking forward to the next book in the Parallaxis Universe and the continuing adventures of Matt Ronan.

A very exciting book from start to finish! Excellent world building, very gritty and violent fight scenes, and the perfect amount of detail that still allows the reader to imagine things in their mind without having every detail over explained to them. Thoroughly recommend to anyone who enjoys SciFi as a genre, as this is one of my most recent favourites! Looking forward to the next book.
