Found this book free and thought I would try it out.
The person who is telling the story is on new years eve together with 3 other male friends. Close to twelve they are telling each other sex stories. The I person made a wish when the ball dropped, but he didn't have the words okay and when his wish comes true he finds himself back as a woman after the clock hit 12.
Of course like true men they can't hold themselves back and discover their friend turned into a woman in a very hot and erotic way.
