Great book to make you think more about what really matters.

This book is eye-opening and deeply practical. It makes you rethink how you spend your time and what truly matters. I loved its mix of psychology, reflection, and real steps to set boundaries and live intentionally. A must-read for anyone ready to let go of distractions and reclaim their life.
