The Third Twin is a romance thriller that follows Sienna Casanova, an ER nurse whose world fractures the moment she feels her identical twin, Savannah, scream. It’s very much a romance thriller at heart, stitched together with family secrets, danger, and the messy intensity of twinhood.

Reading it felt like riding in a car that never dips below fifty. The writing is fast and cinematic, with fight scenes that crack like glass and emotional beats that don’t waste time getting to the point. Parker leans fully into immediacy. Characters breathe hard, move fast, and react without overthinking. There were moments when I wanted the prose to linger or soften, but the clipped style fits the story’s heartbeat. Sienna’s voice oscillates between raw fear, jealousy, tenderness, and grit, and I found myself liking her more whenever she admitted something uncomfortable. Luca, meanwhile, carries that familiar romance-thriller energy: stoic, lethal, frustrating, and of course, irresistible. Their dynamic is chaotic in a way that feels intentional, like sparks thrown off metal.

I picked up The Third Twin: Love, Lies, and Billionaire not really knowing what to expect, but Lexi Parker completely pulled me in from the very first chapter. This isn’t just a standard bodyguard romance, it’s a mix of suspense, passion, and raw emotion that kept me turning the pages late into the night.

The story follows Luca Stone, the bodyguard assigned to protect the billionaire’s daughters, and the narrator, who ends up entangled in far more than she ever imagined. What starts as tension and distrust slowly turns into a connection that feels both dangerous and deeply human. The chemistry between Luca and the heroine is off the charts, but what really hooked me was how layered their relationship becomes once the danger and emotional stakes rise.

Lexi Parker does a great job balancing the romance with real plot tension. A Great Beginning For The Series
This is the first book in The Cassanova Legacy Series but can be read as a standalone. A romantic thriller that will keep you on the edge of your seat. It was amazing to watch Sienna and Luca's transformation. A fast paced story with a kidnapping and no shortage of emotion. The bond grows between them, she began as a timid nurse and he was her protector. Pregnant with twins? A fast paced emotional story with a happy ending and no cliffhanger. The Third Twin: Love, Lies, and Billionaire Secrets by Lexi Parker is the first book if The Cassanova Legacy Series. Sienna and Luca's story is a wild one with twists and turns, suspense and romance. I was pulled into their story and couldn't put it down. This is the first book I have read from the author and look forward to reading more of her work.

A fast-moving, drama-packed romance with real danger behind it. The kidnapping, the family secrets, the predators stalking the billionaire world, it all kept me turning pages. Luca is the perfect mix of protective, flawed, and irresistible. I liked how the relationship evolved from distrust to loyalty. There were a few moments I wanted even more detail about the villains, but overall, this is a gripping read with a satisfying blend of romance and suspense
