Isobel Murray is a Scottish academic and critic who spent much of her career at the University of Aberdeen where she was Professor of Modern Scottish Literature. Her work includes definitive editions of Wilde, a critical biography of Jessie Kesson (which won a Saltire Award) and four volumes of interviews, Scottish Writers Talking.
