As the author of Bitcoin 2140 Genesis, I set out to write something that goes far beyond typical crypto, themed fiction, and this book reflects that ambition. It weaves together Bitcoin’s real history with speculative elements in a way that is both entertaining and educational.
One of the core intentions behind this story was philosophical depth. The Platonic, style dialogues between Socrates and Plato aren’t just stylistic choices, they provide a timeless framework for exploring questions about money, sovereignty, truth, and human flourishing in the age of decentralized networks. By placing ancient thinkers inside a future shaped by Bitcoin, I wanted to bridge 2,400 years of inquiry into one ongoing conversation.
The concept of Bitcoin Citadels, decentralized communities built on sound money principles, is central to the book’s vision. These citadels are not just physical spaces, but experiments in governance, education, and voluntary cooperation. Through multidimensional storytelling, multiple timelines, and layered realities, the narrative explores how ideas evolve across centuries.
My goal was to make complex Bitcoin concepts accessible without diluting their depth. Whether it’s proof of work, sovereignty, or monetary history, the story integrates them into character-driven arcs rather than technical exposition.
