Amazing!

I couldn't put it down once I started. The characters, the plot, the situations... A complete masterpiece! Totally engrossing and fast paced, it has you turning pages non-stop. A movie based on this book would be a hit!

The action never takes a break in this fourth and supposedly final book in the Fitzwilliam Darcy, Mage series. But it was supposed to be a trilogy, so who knows, right? The book is a continuation, and I recommend reading all the books in order. The book is very long, but with so much action due to magical wars and dialogue, it doesn't lag at all. There are some unnecessary characters that carry over from the other books who drag down the plot a little, and some of the action scenes are not that well described, leaving the reader scratching their heads. This is similar to the other three books. Sometimes the author has to be detailed to make certain their ideas are known, even at the risk of slowing a section a tad. It has plenty of humour, romance, and mystery along with the action and magic, and some of the plot twists are a "Wow" surprise. So this novel's pretty fine, but not perfection. Still, I'd strongly recommend this book to fantasy JAFF lovers.

Outstanding finale!

Had to skip work to read this, once I began., it was impossible to stop.

The challenges and difficulties for all our heroes get worse and even dark before all the pieces fall into place of the plan for their last stand.

Action packed, with some surprises. This was a fantastic finish to a wonderful series - Mashup of magic, dragons and our beloved Pride and Prejudice.

Triumph at Pemberley

The drama continues. The Mad King, Napoleon - mad dragon, and of course the mad King George, but don't forget Prinny. History, with dragons and a lot of wonderful characters. Some are our favorite and some are additional and well developed and loved.
Totally enjoyed! Now I need to reread the whole series.

Excellent

I re-read the first three books before I read this one which I had preordered, I find I retain and understand more each time. Triumph doesn't disappoint bringing more and more surprises for Darcy and Lizzy, the Darcy family and even the Royal family. Jane and Bingley play a part, and Georgiana and the Fae are greatly involved.
Well recommended.

goodbye for now

So much had to happen to close the series. Some of it felt like too much information while others felt too fast… I am glad for such an ending to a good series. Very good series.
