This a good collection of photos of Operation Babarossa. Though some photos were better reproduced than others. As with a lot of B&W photos, they can be either too dark or too light. I would be curious to know if there was any attempt to improve the photos before publishing. The authors are very good at identify equipment and rank and units. Good book for anyone interested in WWII especially the Eastern Front operations.
