My friends know that if I weren’t a writer, I’d like to be an interior designer. So I never tire of browsing through antique stores or reading books by the pros who know how to turn a house into a welcoming home with color, texture, fabric and furnishings. Since I like everything about Charlotte Moss’ style, the time I spent reading this beautiful book was like an intangible gift that I gave myself.

Although we do not have the same taste in decorating, I was still able to gain ideas and insight into the personalizing of one's home. I especially enjoyed the drawings of celebrity interiors.
