I couldn't help but fall in love with How Not to Fall in Love! I was completely captivate from word one as Archer and Remi's beautiful story charmed me, made me laugh and cry, and also swoon, as my heart melted for their little family. Remi is a single mom who puts everyone's happiness ahead of her own. Archer is a professional quarterback who self sabotages everything good in his life, except for his sister, Analise, who he is very protective of. That is until he meets Remi, and she turns his world upside down. Their first meeting was a very brief, passionate encounter, until Remi suddenly flees. Then, after an accident, Archer is required to do community service at the dog rescue where Remi works. Archer is happy to see her again, but Remi, not so much. She unknowingly assumes the worst about him, making her keep her distance to protect her son, Gavin, and herself. But Archer wants to be a better man and to be worthy of Remi and Gavin, so he is determined to work hard to win her over. Remi begins to see the heart of gold that Archer keeps hidden, making her fall for him. But when the complications of his life causes issues for her and Gavin, will she walk away, or is she brave enough to fight for them? I really fell hard for Archer and Remi. They were so good for each other, helping each other open their hearts to grow, and heal and love, and their chemistry was explosive! I love the way that Sorensen takes her time developing Archer and Remi and their complex relationship, making their growth, and love feel solid, authentic and unbreakable. She expertly weaves a multilayered tale that is heartfelt, sizzling and absolutely flawless! I also loved Analise, Gavin, and all their family and friends, who were all so loving, and supportive, and added so much fun and heart to this story! I loved and completely devoured this beautiful, heartfelt, hilarious, and sizzling romance!
