I can say that the entire book was good; parts of it were great (challenged and helped me). I would suspect that that would be the case for anyone reading it.

Wherever you happened to be in your walk of life there will be something in this book for you. Unfortunately, you will have to read through the entire book to find that which will specifically help you. Fortunately, it’s all worth reading.

Two things I learned from this book: Find the 'secret place' in my soul where Jesus resides and commune there with Him. Challenge myself to improve by 1% each day in some way. After a year, evaluate my relationship with Jesus and in what ways I have grown. This good read encourages me to 'rise above.'
