The Executioner: He come back and hell come with him

Rate this book
Is it even possible to take revenge on someone who is not human?
He lost the most precious thing, and with it everything he loved. From that moment, anger grew in him like a dark storm that swallows the light.
Every step he took was a silent promise that he would settle accounts threefold with the one who hurt him the most.
The desire for revenge almost burned him to ashes from within.
But what if, in the end, revenge turns out to be much more painful than the very loss he suffered?
The investigators face a difficult task. Their opponent is someone for whom revenge is dearer than life itself.
Three bodies – three secrets.
Each death more brutal than the one before.
Each concealing a message. Literally.

Investigators from the Division of Violent Crimes are drawn into a nightmare of violence, revenge, and long-buried secrets that refuse to stay dead.

At first, it seems like senseless madness.
But this is no ordinary killing spree - it’s a crusade against God Himself.
Each murder is a twisted parody of a man crucified in a field beneath a blood-red dawn, a devoted priest branded with a number seared into his chest and humiliated in death, and a woman tortured for her faith because she refused to renounce God.

The trail leads to one man - a forgotten face from the past.
But the evidence is too thin to convict.
Was it really him? Could he have done something so monstrous? Was he even capable of it?
Probably not… and yet, what if everything is different than it seems?

Once again, the detectives must rely solely on their instincts and instincts never lie.

The Executioner is a chilling psychological crime thriller about revenge and reckoning.
Brutal, raw, and disturbingly human - it asks the question everyone fears to
What if the thing we fear most… is only a reflection of ourselves?
And is there any point in fighting an enemy… if the battle is already lost?

💯 A Chilling Tale of Revenge 💯

The Executioner is a crime thriller that captivates with its raw brutality and psychological depth. The story follows a man who, after a tragic loss, seeks revenge on those who wronged him. His rage transforms into an unstoppable force, triggering a series of brutal murders, each linked to dark religious symbols and parodies of faith. Brutal and bizarre scenes, such as a man crucified in a field under a blood-red dawn or a woman tortured for her faith, only intensify the disturbing nature of the crimes. Detectives find themselves trapped in a nightmare of violence and secrets, constantly questioning what is truth and what is a manipulation of their minds.

The crimes in the story are not just the result of anger but a personal war against God, turning each murder into a twisted portrayal of religious martyrdom. The man behind these atrocities seems to be a forgotten figure from the past, but his motives are unclear, and the detectives lack the evidence to convict him. The battle between the perpetrator and the investigators is filled with tension, as the truth remains hidden in the shadows.

The Executioner is a chilling psychological thriller that leaves a lasting impression and raises questions about revenge, justice, and the nature of the human soul. With brutal twists and dark themes like the battle against faith and self-blame, this story is irresistible to anyone seeking a tale of intense tension and moral dilemmas.

From the moment I turned the first page of The Executioner, I knew I was in for something special. Roman Horňák has created a story that is both intense and deeply human, the kind that stays in your mind long after you finish reading.

What really stood out to me was the writing style. Every scene feels alive, the characters are complex and believable, and the emotions feel raw and real. The story has the perfect balance of tension, heart, and reflection. It’s not just a dark tale; it’s a story about justice, guilt, and the fragile line between right and wrong.

What I love most is that even in its darkest moments, the book still finds light. You can feel the author’s compassion in every sentence. There’s beauty in the pain, strength in the struggle, and truth in the choices the characters make.

The Executioner is powerful, emotional, and unforgettable. It made me think about humanity, morality, and redemption in a way few books ever have. Roman Horňák’s storytelling feels effortless and deeply personal.

A truly remarkable read that deserves all the praise it gets. I can’t wait to see what this author writes next.

A thrilling and brutal read 👌💯🔥

The Executioner is a chilling psychological crime thriller that delves into the dark side of revenge, violence, and faith. The story revolves around a series of brutal murders that are not only acts of vengeance but also twisted symbols of faith. Each murder uncovers deeper layers of secrets and pain hidden behind a perpetrator who seems unstoppable.

The detectives face the challenge of understanding the criminal’s motivation, driven by rage so intense that it destroys everything in its path. Tension builds with each new crime, carefully planned and tied to images of suffering and martyrdom.

The book is not just about discovering the killer but about how revenge can consume the human soul and utterly destroy a person. The detectives, relying on their instincts, create a dynamic that is as much a mental as a physical battle.

The Executioner is a raw, dark, and unforgiving thriller that forces the reader to reflect on questions of justice, faith, and human weakness. The book asks: What if the greatest horror is merely a reflection of ourselves?

💯🔥😲 Suspenseful until the last page 💯💯💯

The Executioner is an intense thriller that explores moral dilemmas, justice, and vengeance. The main protagonist enacts "justice" outside the law, leading to inner conflicts about their own morality and decisions. Horňák skillfully portrays characters that are multi-dimensional, allowing readers to reflect on what is truly right.

The writing style is dynamic and direct, heightening the tension throughout the story. The author doesn’t shy away from philosophical questions like the line between good and evil, making the book more than just a typical thriller.

The Executioner is a book that won’t leave you indifferent and forces you to reflect on your own values. For fans of dark, psychological stories, it’s a powerful experience.

Another great book by Roman Horňák. What I really liked was that it was written in a somewhat unusual way. The author revealed the murderer to us quite quickly, but the interesting thing about the story is - proving his guilt. So you will see the work of the investigators who are trying to put together the puzzle of the crime. The accused has a perfect alibi and the detectives find new evidence step by step. In the end, psychology wins when they manage to break the accused. Well, the strength of the spirit is like armor. You either break it or you don't... Going over the edge once again paid off. A thrilling story with brutal executions and proving guilt. Five stars deserved *****
