Richard Walker (1943-1999) was an English writer, freelance broadcaster, and professional storyteller who worked in several professions before focusing on storytelling. Born in Shropshire, he traveled widely throughout Britain and America, performing at folk festivals, schools, theaters, and private homes while sharing traditional tales.
