A Little Wild Magic

Rate this book
Once every three hundred years, the Harvester Race begins, and the price of failure is blood.
Until the invitation arrived, Juliet had never heard of it, but the coven Seer’s warning is clear.
Fail, and one of their sisters will die .
A witch with lightning in her veins and zero patience for Fate, Juliet must run headlong into danger with the shifter who abandoned her, leaving scars that still burn, and the son of a forest god, whose calm, unshakable presence threatens to melt her defenses.
To win, Juliet must do the one thing more terrifying than facing let love back in.
Glory, ruin, or heartbreak written in the stars, the finish line waits.

The author recommends this book should be read as part of The Little Coven Series. It is not a stand alone.

Salutations!

I just wanted to let the folks know that I don't very often find myself on the ol' Goodreads site. I have too many social media accounts to keep up with and a new website.

If you have questions about books, updates, or want to share what's on your mind, you're better off hitting me up via email or Facebook. Or visiting my website!

Happy Reviewing,
~Isabel

Ecstatic!

I was absolutely ecstatic when I saw the ad for this pop up. As always Ms WRoth wrote an amazing book.. it was well worth the wait and I am really really looking forward to the next one.

For those that want to know a little more about what it's about, it is an absolute adventure far more adventure than romance. But the romance is expertly woven throughout the story and is absolutely wonderful. No third act breakup and happy endings all around!

Loved the race!

Cards on the table I am a big fan of ms. Wroth work so I had high standards for this book. It took me a minute to get into at first, I felt like there was a lot relying on the previous books in the series that could have used a brush up here but then it began to build in the race. Abel was hysterical and great counter to Juliet and Ilex. The race, the obstacles and challenges were fantastic. Love the mythical lore.
Excellent tease to the next in the series without making it a cliffhanger.
I'll be back for more!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

First and foremost I want to start this review by welcoming Ms. Wroth back after her brief sabbatical. This book came out swinging and I loved every chapter and page this book had to offer. I can't wait to see what is next for the Little Coven.
The next couple of sentences may have some many spoilers so stop reading if you haven't finished this book yet.
I was worried this was going to be a love triangle have to choose kind of thing. I'm more of a why choose kind of gal and was thrilled by this lovely threesome. It was a really fun book to read. I can't wait for more.

I was absolutely euphoric when I saw that Isabel had released this book. I loved the other two books so much - they gave me those sad "don't want to reread" feelings because I wanted to know what happened to the rest of the coven. So thrilled that we got to have Juliet's story. Can't wait for Callie's!
