I have read quite a few skydiving books and this is the first one I've read by a woman and the only one that talked about having sinus issues which I was surprised up until this point no one had issues with.
I do think she kind of skipped over the part about her competition jumps. I would like for them to have been as detailed as the night jump over the pyramids because I was super interested in the championship jumps in particular. And since there were no photos I did go look things up but it would have been nice to have the sequences described and things.
I enjoyed getting a female perspective on competitive skydiving and very much appreciated the tips at the end. A couple were very much what I needed to hear to spark some inspiration so that was nice.
