Alexander cherishes Mia beyond reason, but his secret has shattered their love. The woman he adores is now terrified of him.
Mia wants to flee. Every fear, every doubt make her question whether his love was ever real.
But obsession never dies. Alexander’s desire for her burned long before he even understood love; every look, every touch, every breath he takes traces back to the same longing—her.
And he isn’t the only one caught in the fire.
“Come back home. I made a mistake,” James whispers, his voice breaking. “It was my first time being a husband.”
The man she left—the one who never realized his heart until it was too late—is drowning in regret. The love he once ignored now weighs on him like a wound that won’t heal, and the heart he broke refuses to forgive.
“It was my first time being a wife too, James."

Ava Selwyn is an Asian, steamy billionaire romance author with a passion for angst, heartache, and love that burns with intensity. She creates worlds filled with powerful, possessive men who crave to give everything to the women they love. Her stories are drenched in longing, desperate passion, and unforgettable happily-ever-afters.
When she's not writing, Ava loves to travel, indulging in new cuisines and exploring diverse cultures. She lives with her many fictional husbands, who never fail to keep her heart racing.
5 ⭐️ - for James Sinclair. He's a douche for sure. But he made me cry with his relentless-need and realising that he *actually* loves her all these years. And his mom was always the problem that drove him to be so...un-feeling or hard to receive emotions.
Anyway - this story could've been done without the 2nd book, cause it's just a drag. And when I thought the 3rd book is going to be a drag of nothingness, I guess I was wrong. Maybe, it's highlighting James POV (although it's written in 3rd person POV). And if you ignore the repetition of sentences, the storyline is actually good.
I kept seeing the reels for this series on FB and yes, I thought it sounded like something I would enjoy. I enjoyed the Favorite series and bought these also.
Author: Ava Selwyn Triggers: yes, please check each book for the warnings Spice level: 🌶️🌶️🌶️ Character Development: ✨✨ ✨✨ ✨ When I just want to yell at the characters, the book gets 5 stars. Plot: 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The plot was fast moving and well put together. As it moved from book to book, there was no giant change and flowed well. Will I reread? YES Would I change anything? NO
This trilogy was...so bad. Not only are the paragraphs and grammar are inconsistent, the FMC's personality gives me whiplash- yes I know she has had a very sheltered upbringing and was psychologically abused for 5 years but her personality is inconsistent in a way that does not reflect it, but is just confusing and annoying. The whole plot point with Janet was completely unnecessary and i feel like there was no conflict so the issue of him stalking her for years (not even in a creepy way) was blown out of proportion- it could have solved with a face-to-face proper sit-down. Overall this should have been run by an editor and proofread properly.
So I’m not sure why I keep doing it, but I seem to keep reading these books even thought they are just ok.
This one bounced all over and I know I have read the ending (not the very end but close to it) before. The way it jumps between events is awful. I like the premise but the execution needs major work. Definitely needs an editor and could benefit from an arc team. The way the author is churning out books is great, if they flowed but they aren’t.
These are fast reads, and if the same stuff wasn’t repeated in every book, the author could accomplish a lot more in one book.
This is the third book in the trilogy. It's the conclusion of Mia, Alexander and James' story. In this installment, Mia is already married to Alexander and something has happened that makes her think she can't trust her new husband. Meanwhile James, her ex husband, is trying desperately to win Mia back because he's realized the treasure that he lost. Will Mia stay with Alexander or will she give her ex another chance? I enjoyed this story very much and the spicy scenes were certainly hot and entertaining. Can't wait for the next billionaire book.
Writing this review for all 3 books in this trilogy as it reads as one book. This mini series has a good plot. Loved the after chapter. Author has some good insight to what emotional abuse can do to a person. Also a few blind spots. Main character was a bit wishy washy for me, until she wasn’t. Also the public sex scenes? Did not feel like the main character really cared if he was causing her harm. There were some editing errors and plot jumps as well. Overall good book and will read this author again.

This trilogy was hard to complete especially the 2nd and this last book. None of the main characters were great at all. Is difficult to enjoy a book were the story is so ridiculous that you constantly wonder how did it ever got published.
I did not like this as much as the first two. Alexander was too obsessive . I disliked some of the things he did. Mia was too trusting of someone of the other characters. The twists and turns in the story are good.
This is the third book in the Billionaire’s Obsession series. This was fast paced and spicy. It’s the conclusion of the trilogy. It was so well written and engaging. The twists and turns kept me on the edge. A great trilogy.
