"The day Jacob Lewis hitch-hiked from his home to San Francisco, he never imagined getting caught up with a second strike felon who swore he'd die before going back to prison. Now in a Santa Clara County Detention Center, he's charged with two counts of murder. Guided by his Public Defender, Lewis struggles to change both his surroundings and his life. In a world that is closing in, he's forced to fight for his freedom. From the tree lined streets of Citrus Heights, to a shootout on a San Francisco pier, At Gunpoint will take you from life on a Maximum Security unit to the razor sharp teeth of a K9 breathing down your neck. Out of Lewis' trials and tribulations comes a heart-wrenching story of a boy struggling to become a man in a world that seems to be nothing but against him!"
This book is the second juvenile attempt by this author. His story lines are predictable, characters unrealistic, but then what do you expect of someone that pretends to be a police officer? He was convicted along with other felonies that you can check out on line, and just got out of prison in May 2013 after serving less than one year of a two year sentence. His books are self-published, meaning he paid to have them published! That should tell you how boring they are.
