Sweet holiday romance

Clem and Whitney become neighbors when Whitney goes through a divorce and moves into his town. He is currently watching his nephew while his brother is off trying to get custody of him from his ex, as she doesn't want to be involved. Whitney falls in love with the boy, he is everything she wanted in a child but never had. Soon she's having feelings about his uncle. Luckily he's feeling the same about her. Loved this sweet romance by J.E Daelman. Highly recommend!

WOW!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED, LOVED, LOVED IT!
This book will pull on your heartstrings until they're about to snap. It's so heartwarming and fun I couldn't read fast enough, then I never wanted it to end. I was completely consumed for the very first page. I instantly fell in love with all the characters. Whitney is a strong beautiful independent woman who suffers a heartache but she doesn't let it stop her. She's got a career she loves and a bestie Maylee/Lee who matches Whitney in strength and independence, she's beautiful and has a heart of gold. Then there's little Oren who steals the show. He's an adorable little spitfire you will definitely fall in love with. He is total cuteness overload. I absolutely love books with children in them and this one most definitely did not disappoint. At times I was laughing out loud and at times a tear or two slipped down my cheek but I loved every minute of it. There is so much love in this story it slips right out of the pages and sucks you right in. I cannot express enough how much I loved this book. I'm sure I will be doing re-reads for years to come. I EXTREMELY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK TO EVERYONE!

But it isn’t just the cottage she has fallen for, it’s also Clem her new neighbour and his delightful 8 year old nephew.

A great Christmassy short story full of winter cheer, Christmas spirit and kisses under the mistletoe.

A sweet fun love story just in time for Christmas. Recently divorced Whitney finds the perfect cottage and it so happens to be next to the Clem who is taking care of his nephew Oren, while his brother handles some family business. Oren loves having someone to talk to and loves visiting Whitney and indirectly brings Clem and Whitney together. This was a refreshing fun and sweet story to help bring some holiday cheer to the season. It is a must read!

enjoy this one

I enjoyed reading this story. The characters were entertaining without violence or long sexy scenes taking up half the chapter. Two brothers fine their loves and make a young son extremely happy. The young son was once upset because his Mom left him without a backward glance. Now his Dad and his uncle have found their HEA with a neighbor and her best friend. It is a feel good read and was very entertaining. HEA, no cheating, no cliffhanger. Enjoy!

Cute Christmas story

This is a short Christmas novella of Whitney realizing that her marriage isn't what she thought and files for a divorce with the help of her good friend Maylee.
She buys the cottage next door to Clem, who is taking care of his nephew Oren.
Oren is a chatterbox and doesn't take long to introduce himself and Clem.

This cute little novella is packed full of sweet moments, love and romance. Whitney is going through a divorce and moves in next to Clem. Clem is a bit standoffish about marriage after a heartbreak. I loved the story. This is a new to me author and I wasn't sure what to expect from them. I will be going to find more books by them.
A Christmas story for the ages of finding your one true love. Someone that you click with no matter what is happening. Not only does the FMC fall in love with her man, but so does the best friend and the brother.

This is a sweet story of a newly divorced woman and her next door neighbors. Whitney divorced her husband for neglect and emotionally cheating. She moved and bought a house with neighbors that were friendly and helpful. They became more and got their HEA.

She purchases a cottage and meets her new neighbor Clem and his nephew Oren that he’s watching while Oren’s father is out of town. Their sweet romance develops (with some help from Oren) and ends in TWO happily ever afters. Just a nice little Christmas book for the holidays!!!
