This series was sooooooo good. I gave this last book a 4.75โญ๏ธ. I went through every possible human emotion from chapter to chapter. As I have said in previous books from this series the character development is top tier. The unfolding of each characters storyline is such an emotional rollercoaster. Book 3 was the perfect ending. I love a happily ever after for those who deserve it....if you know what I mean. I don't want to drop any spoilers so if you have read books 1 & 2 just know book 3 is the perfect finale.

I knew it .. chile when Chy said Aria wasnโt built like her .. guh pahleaseee. I feel like the Hollow was reaching discussing Chy in front of Aria like Chy was about anything lol. Chy would have never been able to stand in War life. Look how she flipped. Anyway, everyone seemed to underestimate Aria like always & she always bounces back since the beginning. She went through soooo much to get a happy ending. I didnโt like how War was moving as well, if you wasnโt over Chy then you shouldnโt have dragged in someone else. Anywho, I thought i liked Vonne .. but sheโs a hater. Again, i thought War would be more ruthless and i thought the hollow would be more too.. i know everything was for the plot but Reign was walking them down. Also, whereโs her army now? This book was the best in the series though.

Warlock: The Last Mafia Boss โ Finale was the perfect close to an unforgettable series. It captured everything I loved about this worldโits darkness, passion, and the fight for redemption amidst chaos.
Cassian โWarlockโ Alexandreโs journey comes full circle here. Once forged by The Hollow and consumed by vengeance, he finds something stronger than blood or powerโlove. Aria DeLuca was supposed to be his redemption, but she became so much more: his mirror, his match, his fire. Their bond felt raw, powerful, and beautifully human amid the brutality of their world.
Reignโs return brought the chaos I expected and the ending she definitely deserved. Watching her downfall was as satisfying as it was symbolicโproof that even the cruelest legacies can burn out. I did feel for Chy; her struggles with identity and belonging added a layer of heartbreak that made the story even more emotional.
Overall, this finale was gripping, poetic, and full of fire. It reminded me that love can rise from ashes, and even kings built from pain can still find peaceโif only for a moment. A great read and a beautiful farewell to the Black Flame Mafia universe.

The best book, of course, was the last book to me because it came back to Aria in warlocks relationship. The first two books were also good. I think because I already knew that warlock and aria was gonna end up together. I wasnโt trying to get to attached to warlock and Cheyenne. also Cheyenne got on my nerves a little bit. I feel bad about how her story ended because I donโt feel like she deserved what happened to her itโs really sad but her warlock was never gonna be together. They didnโt match like him and aria. they are each other speed. The dynamic of Cheyenne coming back and having the kid blew me I expected some twist and turns, but I honestly didnโt expect her to have a baby. The power struggle warlock, and aria went through was also good. The book 3 was very good. I really enjoyed being in brickhouseโs world for the past week and a half.

Brickhouse has done it again. This is an excellent book with a great storyline: Warlock and Aria, and the usual characters in the story. Read the book to see if Aria and Reign finally square off with each other. Read to see if Aria makes it through the Hollow Flame initiation. Continue to read what is going on with Warlock and Aria, and if they survive Reign, and everything is going on. There are some major surprises in this book that you will have to read to find out what happens. Throughout the book, some surprises happen. Continue to read to see what is going on with the black flame, hollow flame, and the ember syndicate. First, read books one and two before you read book 3. The ending will leave you speechless. This is a must-read book.

This series was everything
I am not gonna lie, when Brickhouse announced Warlock series, I did not read, I could not read. I read 1st 10 chapters and stopped cold. I knew I couldnโt be patient and read when each book came out. So as a Christmas/birthday gift I read all three and I was right to do it that way for me. Warlockโs story was everything Brick said it was gonna be and more. Reign was evil a terror. Chick reminds me of my crazy mother. The way Brick has abilities to pull out every emotion through her storytelling and wove everything together is a gift. This for me ended on a high note and was glad to read some familiar characters in her newest book. This series is an all around five hope you enjoy as much as I did

Warlock and Arial they are made for each other..a unique love story was through war and sacrifice..Warlock evil mother Reign always been a weird sick one ..and now I see why Arial called her out on her B.S. she had a sick undercover love for her son Warlock..he probably knew he she was sick in the head .. wanting to get away from her.I love Arial she always been the Queen of Black flame .now sheโs Queen of warlock king of Hollow flame.now both flames unite and the fire is put out. Here is the sunshine.

Excellent book ๐๐พ๐๐พ๐๐พ
This series is fabulous. I can't recommend it highly enough. The characters and the storyline are perfect. I must say I'm sorry that the series is ending. But, what an ending! Warlock has been through so much. But you can see the growth in him as he comes into his own and finds the love that was meant for him. His mother is a psychopath. Aria has also come into her own. She has done the flame proud. Two strong wills that are meant to be together. I don't want to give anything else away. Read the book; you won't be disappointed. It was my absolute pleasure reading this series.

Warlock and Aria
Aria was not the one to play with! She was with all the bullshit. I couldnโt believe Chy!!! Turned into the very person she hated and honestly I donโt feel bad for her. Warlock Warlock Warlock that been through hell LITERALLY and all he wanted was a love that will stay and donโt leave him. Warlock was use to dealing with fragile Chy and Aria was used to running away when things got too sticky for her. They both had to learn to communicate and trust each other through the fire. Warlock deserved this HEA.

I truly loved the Surrogate series that led us here but i donโt care for books that have conflict between the mmc/fmc THE WHOLE TIME. They get an HEA ON THE LAST 5% and we donโt even get to witness it on page. Didnโt get to see Warlock soften as a father and actually see him interact with his child on page. Sure he soften in his ways for Aria.. in which many of those times he needed to be the War we knew him to be cause her trying to โlil boyโ him throughout the book in front of people seemed emasculating to him and the position of power he holds. Reign and Chyโs ending was anticlimactic as well.
The author is a solid writer but this fell short for me.

Not realistic
Her taking care of a bomb ๐ฃ with not tools was dumb and didn't make sense ๐. Him being able to talk to her under the door while in darkness was dumb and didn't make sense. Him not considering that she was alive after what his mother did to his father was dumb. Her getting them both out of the machine makes no sense. The machine working to kill the mother for him makes no sense. And why didn't the mother give her a shot of drugs to get her back hooked instead of all that talking? Bringing in the wife part was stupid after 2 books about the other girl.

An Amazing Piece of Fiction!
As someone who read all 5 Surrogates and was brilliantly introduced to Warlock and the pain of Aria, I found these series absolutely captivating and I could NOT put them down.๐ฏ๐๐พ Mrs. Brickhouse can tell a story that makes you fall in love with all the of the characters and cheer for the protagonist to WIN!๐ฅ She dotted every I and crossed every T.
I highly encourage you to read the Surrogate series first so that you can appreciate Warlockโs story. Simply brilliant!โค๏ธ

When I finished Surrogate to an Unhinged Mafia Boss, I was thinking I needed a spin-off with Aria, and then here comes Warlock's series. It answered all the questions I had from STAUMB, especially on Warlock saying how he's had his eye on Aria for a long time. I liked to see how The Black Flame members were incorporated into this series. Everything came full circle and I loved it

This was one of the best series I have ever read. It was action from beginning to end. I read the series, Surrogate To An Unhinged Mafia Boss, which is related to the Warlock series. Brickhouse is now one of my favorite authorsโฆ I will be reading more of their books.

this was good but I did feel like something was missing. Maybe bc the first 2 books was so good I have extremely high expectations somethings seem like they were thrown in just for added shock value and time lines werenโt adding up but maybe im just being picky. Overall I absolutely loved this series and highly recommend

I was waiting for this, and Brickhouse did the damn thing. I loved seeing the soft side of Warlock and everyone coming together. Hope we can see more of the crew in future books. Just wish Reign suffered a little more, she went out way to easy and quickly.

Outstanding!!!
The Warlock Series, was outstanding. It took you from laughter to crying to praying. So many highs and lowes.
I rooted for Warlock. He was tough and deadly, but true love saved him.

A Great Finale
This series had me laughing, punching the air, and crying! As an urban author myself it was the break I needed to give my mind rest and get into the mind of another creator. It was a good escape to this crazy world. You wonโt put it down.

I loved every bit of the Flame and Hollow series.
This series was my absolute favorite, the emotions, the bonds, the love and sacrifice were masterpieces. Can't wait to read more from them and whatever Ms Brickhouse imagines next.
