Wishes do come true
Wednesday was tired of mediocrity that had become her life. Mediocre job, mediocre men....especially the men and she was over it. Her Girls decide to do a seance for her some demon 😈 dk. Sis has a list of characteristics and she pours it all out and poof Khalid shows up ready to make her wishes come true. And he does just that. Wednesday and Khalid had a connection that they didn't want to lose. My girl said she needed this demon dk permanently 🤭 and Khalid was ready for a second chance at life.
I loved the magic and the imagination behind the story It was a good Halloween read.

4 🌟 Wednesday and Khalid's paranormal romance was a short, spicy, hilarious, and somewhat heartwarming good time! Khalid came through with that demon d*ck, literally, and turned Wednesday's Halloween (and love life) completely upside down in the best ways.
And the banter between characters and the inner commentary of the FMC had me legit laughing out loud, sometimes cackling! Thee Tasha Marie definitely has my kinda humor haha.

This story felt like someone cracked open a hood fairytale, poured darkness over it, and still somehow handed me a love story I didn’t see coming. If “summon me a man” ever needed a cautionary label, this is it.
Wednesday is burnt out on situationships and dust covered dating attempts, so she plays around with a little spellwork for laughs- and accidentally pulls a whole demon-level soulmate through the veil. Khalid steps in like a sin you don’t pray away: lethal charm, street elegance, and the kind of presence that steals your breath before you can catch the logic. He reads like temptation designed in a lab by women who like danger dressed in devotion.
The pacing is tight and unapologetic...no dragging, no filler- just instant intensity, heavy tension, and a growing sense that this connection is bigger than lust. Their chemistry hits fast, loud, and reckless, the kind of pull that feels fated and dangerous at the same time. There’s real grit beneath the spice, and the author plays with mortality, longing, and the ache of wanting something you can’t keep long-term.
My only reason for not giving it a full five is that I wanted a little more world-building and backstory- Khalid’s origins could’ve been expanded, because his character is layered enough to carry more. But for what it set out to be...a supernatural hood romance with teeth, it delivered.

Yay I finished the book before Halloween is over!!! I liked this book, however I did not LOVE it like I love some of this author’s other books. The FMC experienced falling in love with the immortal thug, which I clearly get! He is fine as ever and everything she ever dreamed of having in a man. So I get it. I just wish some of that could have been reciprocated for her. I felt like tbh she was just another sex partner for him. I mean I get it, he’s always summoned by horny women so I may be expecting something unrealistic because maybe realistically he ideally should be thinking of her that way since he’s usually just summoned for sex. Strictly transactional. But I think her falling so quickly and willing to risk everything I just wanted him to at least find her special in some way or different from all the others. I think he may have said it once but overall she just seemed to be sex for him. However the epilogue made my heart smile! It tied it all together for me and gave me that HEA that I just love at the end of my stories. The epilogue redeemed it for me! Im so happy for Wednesday and Khalid.

Thee Tasha Marie did it again with another fire story that pulls you in from the first page and doesn’t let go. Wednesday and Khalid had no business having that kind of chemistry, but here we are, fanning ourselves and rereading scenes like we didn’t just finish them five minutes ago.
The mix of humor, heat, and a little supernatural danger made this story such a fun ride. I swear I need that same spell Wednesday used because clearly it worked 😂. Between the magic, the tension, and the heart underneath it all, this one had me locked in. Perfect blend of paranormal and passion with that signature Tasha Marie edge.

This novel came just in time for the spooky season. Wednesday, the FMC, along with her friends, decided to cast a spell to conjure her up a man since her love life is pretty much nonexistent. Assuming that it didn't work, everyone part ways and leaves Wednesday home alone. Out of nowhere, her perfect man Khalid appears and proceeds to give her everything and then some that she asked for on her list. Khalid came in giving BDE, and he was "Mr Talk You Through It" too. This story was short and sweet with plenty of spice and hilarious moments. Definitely recommend.

I enjoyed this short spicy story, Wednesday was tired of the dating scene and ready to give up, when her girls decided to play around summon her perfect man. But Wednesday wasn’t expecting it to actually happen. Khalid came in and turned her world upside down. I definitely wasn’t expecting it to end like that but I’m glad he was able to get a chance at life.

This story missed so much. Yes, I know this is supposed to be erotica but if you are going to try to blend it with some type of storytelling, then do that. There was pretty much no relationship building between Wednesday and Khalid but in the epilogue, they married about to have a baby?….. okay. Did it give some witchy ghostly Halloween vibes, sure. BUT if you want to give ME a good blend of sex, romance and a HEA then do that please.

Oh, how cute and sweet
Even though it was a short story, it was a wonderful story. It was great how they came together and realize that they love one another. I was so glad that he was able to stay and they were able to build a life together. It was just so freaking cute.
