Lina does an amazing job at guiding us through the teachings of God's Word, and she is a sound biblical teacher who uses scripture throughout. This is a great guide that has a little bit of everything to challenge us to apply God's word to every area of our lives and challenges us to make the changes we need to live according to scripture. I would highly recommend this book to everyone.

I love how this book teases out what it means to abide in Christ in 10 specific (and hot-button!) areas of life. Dr. Lina does not ignore or downplay pain and challenges, and tackles the choice-level, right-and-wrong practicals of life, but reminds readers throughout every chapter that, while Jesus calls us to give Him our whole hearts in order to live, He is with us and FOR us all along the journey of following Him.

Although this book was intentionally written for the Christian Gen Z population, the content will benefit believers of all ages. The wealth of godly direction in this book gives insightful guidance through the use of scripture that touches on every area of life. It's profound focus on committing each aspect of our life to the Lord isn't presented as more to do, but more to let go, trusting our faithful Father as we yield and surrender to Him. This book calls for deeper intimacy with the Lord as He longs to be involved in every area of our life. Included in the book are affirmations that are truly godly declarations, helping align every area of our life with God and His Word. Christ gave Himself for us, and our response should be to give Him all of ourselves for all of our lives. Immediately upon finishing reading this book I felt the Lord directing me to facilitate this book as a study for a group of 18-25 year old gals using the excellent, thought-provoking discussion guide and questions provided in the back of the book. Anticipating how God will use this book to authentically and practically reveal what it truly means to live "all in" for Jesus, drawing all who read it closer to Him and using them for His glory!

3.5/5. This feels like one of the better “generalized" resources for College Students and Young Adults. I appreciate the authors authentcity and honesty, especially when discussing some of her previous experiences with the church and her walk. However, it is ultimately a mixed bag, and pastorally I don’t think I would reccomend it unless you have the ability to discuss the contents with a student.

Some highlights include the approach to the Mind and Heart, her commitment to arguing for a high view of belonging to the local church despite it’s imperfections in the West, and her discussion of emotions. I struggle to reccomend this directly due to her approach on absolving one from Sabbath, an argument to focus on weaknesses over strengths in terms of gifting (especially when excercising influence), and a confusing and unclear approach to generosity (she challenges for generosity, but I’m unclear if she is arguing for Tithing to the local church or against it which seems to muddy her argument for the local church a little).

Overall, I think this is a better resource for those ministering to Gen Z and Gen Alpha than it actually is for Young Believers themselves.

All Your Life is an incredibly honest and much-needed guide for anyone who has ever felt blindsided by the unexpected difficulties of following Jesus.

AbuJamra brilliantly addresses what she calls the "onboarding problem" in Christianity. She explains how believers are often left unequipped for life's storms. These can eventually lead to doubt or faith deconstruction.

Instead of promoting superficial behavior modification or a simple list of rules, she argues that true faith requires a total heart transplant and the complete surrender of every area of our lives (including our minds, relationships, habits, emotions, and finances) to God's control.

If you want to move beyond surface-level religion, understand your true calling, and learn how to deeply experience God's love and presence for a lifetime, I highly recommend this practical and deeply encouraging book.

This book was said to have been written for Gen Z. However, I received a lot of good “nuggets” from it. It opened my eyes to a lot. I felt some conviction and I am making some changes in my life. I started reading several of Lina Abjumara’s books this year. This was my favorite…so far. However, I have not read them all. I recommend this book for everyone, not just Gen Z’s. In my opinion it is a great book for those beginning their Christian walk or questioning the season they are in. Great guidance/blueprint!!

I really love Christian books that asks the questions and provide true insight and resolve in some of the explanations. This is one of those books.

There’s a huge emphasis on not being the perfect Christian but a good steward of faith. Acting out of doing what pleases Christ vs. the constant self serving. I especially felt this was a great resource for removing selfishness. When you’re dealing with an ex or struggling to be there for a friend or coping with a terminal disease, being able to behave in a way that pleases God allows for selflessness while still maintaining boundaries and self respect-you experience goodness and direction in a whole new light.

All Your Life is a great book for anyone who wants to live a life that honors God. Lina Abujamra shares practical life applications that align with Scripture. Lina's writing style is honest, interesting, and sometimes funny. I read all of Lina's books and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend All Your Life and all of Lina's previous books!
