Interesting the impacts on power on health. And loved the mirror exposure effect.

Mirror exposure effect is a psychological phenomenon where individuals prefer their mirrored image over their true image because of the greater familiarity with the reflection. This is a specific example of the broader mere-exposure effect, which states that people tend to develop a preference for things simply because they are familiar with them.

All combined with you can’t select what you have not seen.
