Is there really such a thing as a Keto diet beginner over the age of 60?

I thought I was in the minority, but apparently not; the author wrote the book to help her mom experiment with new ways to stay healthy. I like the idea of Keto eating, but have never done too well with all those macros and micros to figure up with along with various sugar highs and lows to be pricked and tested.

But here things are laid out pretty simply, and although there aren’t any pictures 9boo!) the recipes themselves are creative, delicious and relatively simple throughout. Start the day with Hazelnut Flour Pancakes with Raspberries or Sausage & Cheese Breakfast Casserole, both easy to put together with what I already had on hand.

Lunches and dinners (Keto Broccoli-Cheese Mini Burgers, Cheese-Stuffed Mini Peppers) are prime to meal prep depending on how much time you have on hand and all the recipes have cook and prep time, portion size, and nutritional info, which is helpful. There’s a chapter on sups and salads and always my personal favorite, a dessert section with an abundance or sweet ideas (Blackberry Chia Seed Pudding, Almond-Orange Keto Tiramisu). In the back you’ll find a 35-day meal plan and a code to grab some free slow cooker recipes. On it!
