"Should I Stay or Should I Go" is one of the most common questions we get from our clients who are agonizing over their relationship, desperately wanting to make the right choice and wishing they had a crystal ball to foresee the consequences of their decision.
While we don’t have the answer for your unique situation (and wouldn't believe anyone who said they did) this ebook provides a set of powerful tools, strategies and guidelines you can use to make this life-changing decision as clearly, positively, and confidently as possible.
Great effort has been made to present balanced, unbiased, objective information and decision-making strategies for the continuum of romantic love relationships including new and dating relationships, cohabitating (living together) relationships, pre-committed and pre-marital relationships, and marriage and other forms of committed relationships.
Bonus resources in this ebook include decision-making tools such as a Relationship Choice Questionnaire for pre-committed and pre-marital relationships, Dating Red Flags Checklist for singles and dating relationships, and much more.
If you or someone you care about is struggling with their relationship and trying to decide whether to stay or go, read this book first!

I found this book very short. It covers dating, pre marriage commitment and marriage/committed relationships. The author presents a lot of facts and study info on what constitutes a good relationship but I felt it lacked hugely in giving focus on the red flags or genuine reasons for when it is time to leave, especially a marriage. The focus is more helpful for those dating or not yet married.
There is nothing in here for example of what to do or how to know if your marriage is not healthy or if staying is a good idea. The book leans more to all the things to do to stay married but I'd imagine a lot buying this book are looming for both angles, not just how or if it can be saved. It doesn't tackle things like deep unmet basic needs, forms of abuse or if you are with a Narcissist.
Lots of links to further web sources for help claiming to be free are in here and essentially the book stops at 60%. After that there are some Rex flag checklists for those dating of thinking of committing that are quite good but none for married people thinking about staying or going. That was disappointing. The rest is appendixes that repeat a lot of prior information and web page links. Its an OK book if you were dating but for those enmeshed in a complex unhappy marriage this won't bring any clarity or tools and it's likely stuff you've already heard.
I'm a busy professional book reviewer and read lots of books along this theme, there are much better books out there. However, if single or dating you may get something out of this very short book. Two stars.
