So I going to receive the arc to this next one. So they said I should read this one. So I did and I didn’t know it at the time but there are two more books before this one in which I wish I would have read to understand more about what was going on is some situations in the book.
Anyways, I thought it was a good book. It was an easy read. I read it in two days. It kept me interested. I really liked the three boys and one girl. I was hoping something would have happened between them all. I like how she gets enhieghted seanse from each guy. I wish there was some more magic showing more of her abilities. Can’t wait to read the next book.

I recommend this for everyone 18+. There isn’t a part of the book I didn’t enjoy. Nev is amazing and I cannot wait to see what she has in store for her powers because I know it will be epic. Declan, Luca, and Kai are 🥵. I would love to see fan art for all four of them. The connection they all have for each other is an unstoppable force that is to die for. If you like fantasy and realistic this is perfect. If you are new to fantasy this a perfect start. D. M. Simmons as became one of my favorite fantasy authors.

This is how you start a series. Nevaeh is the heir of three kingdoms with Hellfire in her veins. Diablo, Nev's mother and the leader of the legion, and Dante, Nev's father, requested the help of Nev's three best friends for her protection. Kai and Luca, children of the Fallen, and Declan a mortal brought into this world at a young age. Declan was taken in by Nev's parents after his father died. They lived under the same roof and were very close. Everything was great until the boys who were older left school and basically left Nev's life without a word. This act left Nev shattered. Her whole world had changed. After three years of nothing. The guys came to Nev's 18th birthday with dates, no less, and walked out of her life again.
Nev picked up the pieces of her life by throwing herself into working for a dad's company, Primodial. She also found a friend in a girl that had not been so friendly at school but was a life line in Paris after the guys betrayal. Nev finally comes home and the guys and her parents tell her what has been going on this whole time. A group of people called the Augury want Nev. They are the followers of Luke. Luke was defeated by Diablo. The Augury have upped the level on their threats. The time has come. Nev is forced to live in the guys’ house for protection and finds out that everything they have done has been for her. For her protection.
Don't think this book is all about gloom, doom and prophecy. It's there but there are also three hot guys and one girl living under one roof. Oh and we can't forget to mention the club. Styx was established by the guys to allow patrons to live out their wildest dreams and for payment, they get secrets. You heard me, secrets. Styx was used to see if they could get information and find the the six heads of the Augury. To take them down to protect Nev.
This is just book one and it ends with some revelations that will have readers screaming for more. The world created is one for the record books. I can't wait to dive into the next book in this series. Hopefully it picks up right where this one left off, at WAR. Nev and the guys are coming for them all. I can't wait to see what happens next.

This time however, we see a new story from the point of view of Nev, Dante and Diablos daughter who is heir of all 3 Kingdoms thanks to being conceived while Dante was made mortal by Luke for a short time.
We also see the views of Declan, Kai and Luca who are, or were, her best friends until they shut her out all of a sudden.
For 3 years she hasn't spoken to any of the boys until her father asks her to work for her at Primordial, his company. All of the secrets and lies unravel and Nev learns why the boys pushed her away but also about the newest threat to her and her family; the Augury.
They want not just vengeance for Lukes death, but they want to use Nev and her powers to bring him back.
So from the start this book is 🌶.
We know Danielle likes her spice in her books and this one does not dissapoint at all. Rather than the spice being the centre point, Danielle always weaves her spice into the plot in the most perfect way. And it's not overwhelming. It's just the right amount but also so damn good.
I LOVE Nev and Declans chemistry from the get go, although she has it with all the boys, these two are just beautiful together.
Nev has to overcome the fact Declan lies, betrayed and hurt her though and so even though they reconnect sexually quite quickly, Nev doesn't forgive and forget quite so easily. When she does though, everything seems to fall into place.
But Declan isn't the only one her connection is regrowing with as Luca and Kai also bat for her attention.
How can she keep all her boys happy?
I'm all honesty, I definitely knew who was going to betray Nev and who was part of the Augury but I think the timing and the way it happened was brilliant. The story is so good and seeing Dante and Diablo as parents is beautiful. I cannot wait to see where book 4 takes us!!!

A continuation in the Fallen series, A Cursed Thrown follows Legion of the Queen. Whilst I do think this could be read as a standalone, I thoroughly recommend reading Fealty of the Fallen and Legion of the Queen before reading A Cursed Throne.

Nev is the daughter of Diablo and Dante, heir to three kingdoms who finds herself suddenly alone when her three childhood friends abandon her without reason. All she is told is that it is for her own good. Having not seen Declan, Kai and Luca for three years, she encounters them once more, older, ripped and much demanding than she remembers. There are sparks everywhere and the spice will not disappoint. I’m pretty sure this is what counts as actual book porn.If you’re easily triggered, some of the more risqué sex scenes are likely to leave you unsettled, however I will say the plot itself is fantastic without or without these scenes, and it actually is a very good plot away from the nudity if you’re not into that.

With Luke out of the picture as per LOTQ, we of course needed a new ‘bad guy’ for ACT, and The Augury do not disappoint. Hell bent, pun intended, on getting vengeance for Luke’s death, the Augury are not only trying to avenge Luke, but al bring him back using Nev’s power.
Of course, it wouldn’t be dramatic without some betrayal thrown in for good measure, and which I did figure out who was going to betray Nev, I loved watching it unfold on the pages.
As always, Dante and Diablo’s relationship is pure fire and it’s lovely seeing how much they have developed from the beginning of FOTF. They are by far one of my favourite book couples of all time, and I cannot see that changing anytime soon.
I absolutely cannot wait for the sequel so we can explore the fallen universe even further, and think this is shaping up to be an absolutely phenomenal book series.

OMG! What a book! Following on nicely from Legion of the Queen, you meet Nev, the daughter of Dante and Diablo. You also get introduced to Declan, Kai and Luca, her friends from childhood.
Her childhood friends left her suddenly and Nev couldn't work out why, was just told it was for her own good. She was upset, hurt and frustrated. She made new friends in the form of brother and sister Sebastian and Sasha. Little did she know, she'd kept her friends close, and her enemies closer!
Nev comes back home to find Kai, Declan and Luca, grown up, bodies toned and looking very different to what she remembered. The spark between herself and Declan was instant and obvious to all, even though they tried to keep it a secret.
The ending was amazing and leaves it open for the next book! This book is full of spice and excitement!
So excited to see how the next book turns out!

This book was recommended by some love ladies who love to read just like me. Having never read D.M. Simmons, I wasn't sure what to expect. I have to say that I was very happy I chose to read A Cursed Throne.
Right from the beginning, this book had me hooked. Although there are technically 2 books before, they are able to be read separately as I was able to follow this story effortlessly. The world and character building were fantastic. The book is filled with humour, action, and, of course, lots of spice right from the first chapter.
I am truly looking forward to the other 2 books in this series, which I will be reading before going back to start the 2 that came before.

This book won me over with its heart pounding suspense, amazing plot line, and some hot and dirty spice!
Nev gets hit with many life changing revelations at one time. While trying to process this, she is thrust back into her childhood group of best friends including Declan, Kai, and Luca who she thought abandoned her. Add in discovering powers and a scarcely known about society out to get her and Nev takes it all in stride.
This book had the most of Nev and Declan in it and boy are they HOT together. I definitely can’t wait to get more into who Luca and Kai are and their dynamic with Nev.

This was a phenomenal and thrilling continuation of the Fallen Series, but not about Diablo and Dante (whom we love) but about their daughter Nev! I was instantly hooked on her story and devoured every deliciously dark and sexy moment of it. It was filled with action, suspense, secrets, betrayal, passion and love. I was riveted to my seat with my heart ready to burst out of my chest and my stomach in knots. What a wild and thrilling rollercoaster ride that I never wanted to end.
Nev is a sweet young woman who has been hurt by those closest to her. She grows up stronger and fiercer than ever, ready to face the three men who hurt her the worst. But little does Nev realize, her world and everything she knows, is about to get turned upside down.
Even after years apart, one look between Nev and Declan, and the sparks are flying making it undeniably hard to stay away from each other! Their chemistry was intense and palpable and oozed off the pages making my toes curl. I knew that once these two let their guards down that they would be explosive together and an absolutely formidable couple. But it will take a lot of grovelling from Declan first. Delicious!

I knew from the first page that I was going

I was lucky enough to be sent an ARC of this amazing book by Danielle. I loved the first two books based in this world and couldn’t wait to get my hands on this one which is based on the main characters daughter.
I read this in one sitting. I just couldn’t put it down and didn’t want it to end. I liked hearing from the Dante and Diablo from the first books but the FMC and the 3 MMC were front and centre for this. Friends to enemies to lovers. Yes please. It was dark. It was sexy (and there is so much more to come from this why choose romance) and it so well written.
I love all of the characters. Nev was annoyed with them for abandoning her and didn’t unrealistically forgive in a day even though she knew it was maybe a bit uncalled for. She had such good chemistry with Declan from the start. They got some hate sex in early on and I was there for it! I am looking forward to her chemistry with Luca and Kai developing. Also Nevs powers. She has so much potential and I can’t wait to see how powerful she actually is!
Did I know the bad guys? Yes. Did I care about that? Not one bit. It was all about the journey and I enjoyed every second of it. I can’t wait to see where this goes.

Thus book took me on a rollercoaster of emotions. 3 boys 1 princess, and secrets galore.
When your Father is a fallen angel and your mother had to beat Luke for his throne, you're born and are supposed to be all powerful. One night you experience your 1st time and in true "historical" fashion the boy and his friends turn their backs and disagree leaving a confused broken hearted young lady. So to forget that night, she leaves to learn how to run her father's company.
Until she is called home and one after another; hit after hit, everything she thought she knew was turned upside down.
Declan is the primary male character and love interest in this book and their childhood crush and hidden feelings finally come out and it's a beautiful love story. But every story needs a few villains and they come out in unlikely instances.
So without giving anymore details that might spoil another's reading experience all I have left to say is I finished this book and am diving into the next one. And have the others in line to read next.
This is a must read series!!! I was not disappointed.

Shoo was this a rollercoaster from start to finish!
If you’ve read the previous books, you know all about the fall and the birth of our FMC, Nevaeh. If you haven’t read those books go do it because the backstory is absolutely fantastic.
This book begins about 15ish years after the end of the previous one - with our girl Nev turning 18 and having her world ripped out from under her all at once. As she continues to go through life, she eventually finds her way back home and directly into a pool of lies. And she is MAD. BIG MAD. And she deserves to be. However, she doesn’t have time to stay mad because there are people out there that want to kill her and she needs the people she’s most mad at to help her stay safe - and learn to use everything at her disposal to protect herself.
And then it ends on a cliffhanger because OF COURSE IT DOES and now I have to wait for the rest of the story. Ugh.
It’s a damn good story though. I love it.

This is the first book in a trilogy that is a continuation of the Fallen series, and all books need to be read in order. This is a RH/ FMMM book but if that isn’t your thing, still give this one a try. It’s packed full of all the good stuff 😜

A cursed throne” is the third book in “After the fall series”
This story centres around Nev who is the daughter of Dante and Diablo. Nev finds herself abandoned by her three friends and doesn’t understand why she’s hurt by their actions and all she’s told is that it’s for her own good. Three years after she lost her friends she is reunited with Declan, Luca and Kai but they are not the boys she remember they are now men.
D M Simmons has done yet again a phenomenal job with “A Cursed Throne”. I was immediately consumed by this incredible story and it’s a perfect addition to the series.
If you enjoy PNR with RH then this is the one for you. This story is full of twists and turns with plenty of spice throughout. I cannot wait for the continuation of this story. Can I have the next book now please?

I absolutely loved this book. I’d been looking forward to it after enjoying reading about Dante and Diablo in the first two books. This book is about their daughter Nev.
I loved all of the characters in this book the FMC and the 3 MMC. This was friends to enemies to lovers and Nev and Declan had some serious chemistry going on! If you have read other books by Danielle you will know there is plenty of spice in there too!
I love this world the author has created I totally lose myself in these books. I cannot put them down.

This is my first read by author D.M Simmons and I am in love with her writing and this series! 😍 This is also my first why choose and now I am asking myself why I waited so long to read one! The character building and plot are amazing and I cannot wait for book 2!
Nev is a fiesty woman who takes no ones s*** and does what she wants. After returning from Paris, she is reunited with her 3 best friends, however, their relationship is not on good terms.
Dec, Kai, and Luca are 3 best friends who are amazing in their own ways and even I would not be able to choose between them! Their bond not only with each other but Nev is 👩🍳💋 and I cannot wait to see what happens next!

I don’t usually go for fantasy/PRN types of reads by a good friend of my recommended this book and I am soooo happy I listened to her!!! For those who are like me and typically stay away, I challenge you to read this series, you won’t regret it.
This book revolves around Nev and her 3 men - Declan, Luca and Kai. This is a dark, fantasy with a wicked storyline that is about a secret society out to get Nev and how the people who love her are determined to save her from the secret order. This book will grip you right from the start and won’t let you go until the end of book 4 is my suspicion. This story is dark, gripping and suspenseful. There is a lot of heat also packed in here! If you are looking for a great series, grab this now!!!

This book started off with Declan and Nev. I loved their connection but then my heart broke for her after that. If she was told what was happening instead of being kept in the dark things would have been so different. She lost her 3 best friends though I understood why it was still sad. I had a bad feeling about Sasha and my feelings were right about her. I can’t wait to read the next book to see what happens to her. Logan and her deserve each other and I hope they get what’s coming in the next book. I love Declan,Luca and Kai and it was great learning some of Declan’s back story. I would love to know more about Luca and Kai. All of the characters were great honestly.

I loved the relationship between Declan and Nev. Their chemistry was undeniable and hot! I look forward to seeing her relationships grow and change with Luca and Kai as well.

So this is my first book by D. M and ooff she didn’t disappoint! Although I didn’t read the other stories in this world , I had no trouble following the plot ! I was sucked in and consumed by this ! Nev is awesome and I love her ! 5 stars easy! But does end on a nasty cliff hanger! So be prepared for that book hangover! This story took about 3 hours because I couldn’t put it down! I can not wait for whats next!!!!

Then 3 years later she reunite with them only to discover they have grown into remarkable men and they aren’t the same boys that left her long ago. Their journey will have twists and turns, some you will see coming and others will be unexpected. But nothing will prepare you for the cliffhanger at the end.
