He’s a good man, Savannah! This was a beautiful romance story. Very grown, heavy on love, low drama, just vibes. I loved the way the characters supported and brought out the best in each other. Glad Destiny’s mom got on board, because sister was acting real thirsty. lol! Glad Kelsey is back. 🥹

The greatest love
Makai is a true lover! He is all about his woman. He struggles with his past of being incarcerated 3 years in his younger days, but is a chef and entertainment lawyer. He is working his food truck when he meets his wife to be, Destini. Destini bakes and does hair. He slips her his number on her receipt as they flirt. They begin texting & talking on the phone until they get in a date. They click instantly and basically fall in love so fast. It’s a cute love story. Birthdays like a week a part. They don’t mind splurging on each other. They move in together, build a restaurant together and eventually get married. They are smitten with each other. They come up for air sometimes to spend time with their family and few friends. I love them together.

I absolutely lovedddddd this book! Coming off the high of all the black love the media has shown lately This had me swooning just as hard. Kai applied pressure to get his girl and it proved to be worth every call and text🤞🏾 I love the way they healed each other. They broke down the barriers that their hearts didn’t even know were up. They respected each other and I didn’t get any toxicity from this story at all! 12/10 about to read again 😭🩷

Another good read.
I loved the flow of the book. I like how Makai and Destini love story came together. They paid attention to each other. The mother was just as I expected her be.

That Soft Love
This book was everything!!!! Sometimes you just need a beautiful love story without all the drama. That love that shows the growth of characters and the relationship. Makai and Destini knew the type of love that they needed and wouldn’t settle for anything less. The way they loved on each other had me longing for me. I couldn’t put the book down but I didn’t want it to end. I would love a follow up just to see how they’re doing.

I loved Destini’s ambition and Makai’s growth especially seeing him as a confident, intentional man with healthy friendships and mentorship. Their chemistry felt natural, safe, and earned, and the planned dates were everything. The food descriptions alone will make you hungry. Watching them build a life together was beautiful and rewarding.

Great Read!!
I really enjoyed this story that started out with little promise of love, because both characters had a past that had them thinking real love couldn’t happen. However, once they met and poured into each other and let each see them everything changed and boom we had a blooming love story and I’m so glad they never gave up on one another and the ideal of a lifetime of love together.

Love at first sight love story. Maki was very intentional and consistent. The story was beautiful! The characters fell for each other and truly saw each other for who they were.

I enjoyed reading Savoring the Taste of his Love. I loved the storyline so much. I love how intentional Destini and Makai were in getting to know each other. Their chemistry was everything. I hope we get more on them in the future.
