I am just trying to stop the story from devouring what's left of me."
Adonis thought leaving Cyprus and Kalotihos behind would bury the past. Years later, his fading Rock Band "Father's Heresy" is lured back to the Troodos Mountains to record one last album and to play a wedding in the same cursed village he once escaped.
The mountain remembers its own. It calls back others Andreas, a London doctor chasing closure, his gifted brother chasing patterns, and the band chasing one final echo of glory. The celebration becomes a doorway. Shadows learn to remember the faces of their prey; grief and guilt shape their disguise.
As friends vanish and memories bleed like ink, a witness with fractured recollections stitches together fragmentary truths—notes, prayers, and a ledger of old sins. Time tightens; the veil thins with the winter moons, and the Kalikantzaroi’s appetite grows with each stolen memory.

Despite being an accountant, in his free time he loves reading, watching science fiction movies and spending quality time with his family as well as writing poetry, short science fiction stories and children's books.

Critics comment that even though the style of the book is Young Adult Fiction, the love story spans a multitude of genres including paranormal, suspense, romance, mystery, werewolf, vampire, sci fi, action and adventure. Nick likes to play with multiple twists in the story clearly influenced by his favorite author, Ray Bradbury, and creates a memorable protagonist in Adam, with a storyline that could go, frankly, anywhere!
