Each poem was first a fragment of memory, then a fragment of rebirth. Together they form a map of everything that vanishes yet continues to live through words. It is a book about the fragile rhythm of existence, about the small resurrections that happen when we dare to speak.
I wrote it originally in English, a language I have assimilated organically, as if it were my own — because English has long become part of who I am. Later, I translated and reshaped the work into Romanian, not to duplicate it, but to allow it to breathe differently, with another heartbeat. Between the two languages, I found not separation, but resonance — the same soul reflected through two mirrors.

Am scris aceste poeme ca pe o întoarcere către mine însămi, în plină furtună — cu fragilitate, dar și cu o forță nouă, născută din acceptare.
Fiecare vers e o respirație învățată din nou, fiecare pagină — o punte între suferință și vindecare.
