Game night? More like came night… 💦 The thing I love about Nicole Parker is that she’s out here giving the people (me) what they want (chaotic cozy smut) and Played is no exception.
In this KyleVerse special, basically everyone we know and love is thrown around a tabletop RPG, and sweet baby Pogs never stood a chance at keeping this group focused. Between dice rolls and the creative drinking games, guests keep disappearing to explore L's (ahem) many nooks and crannies or simply abandoning the rules altogether, leaving the campaign in absolute shambles. But Kyle as a horny bard? That just feels right in a way I can’t explain.
The gaming banter (and Pogs with his mini meltdowns) had me cackling while the spice was spicing HARD. These characters really traded initiative rolls, for rolling in the sheets. The edging side bets, the consensual chaos with our favorite sentient objects; it's unhinged in the best possible way. 🎲
Played really is what the doctor ordered: smut in every flavor, position, and with literally anything that can consent. We should all be bowing down Nicole for her service to the horny masses. 😈

Join Kyle and a good majority of the characters from the Kyleverse in this very fun and very spicy game night hosted by the town shape shifting demon, Pogs! I had the best time with this and as someone who plays D&D and the occasional drinking game, I couldn't get enough!
The references and hilarious moves at the tabletop game were fantastic and paired so well with the sexy times and edging sex bet going on behind the scenes. I love seeing the characters all interact with each other on a bigger scale and Nicole did a great job reminding us of their connections!

If you’re into tabletop role playing, drinking games and edging side bets with some non-human consensual spice, this is such a hilariously fun read!
It’s game night at Leather & Parchment and so many of our KyleVerse friends are coming together for the fun. Honestly, the gaming banter had me rolling with laughter and the spice was spicing hard! I loved the chance to check in with so many KyleVerse characters.
Also, unicorn! Fae fish assassin! Canadian!?! What more do you need? (obviously a fae fish assassin story).

I love how during the game of D&D Kyle tries to F everything it is on brand for him. This book was such a spicy and sweet novel, I love whenever all the characters come together and interact!
If you haven’t read the other books in the Kyleverse it is a requirement to do so before Played because there is a ton of crossover and references to past books! This book comes out November 13th and will be available on KU and for purchase on Amazon or Nicole’s website (the better way to buy her paperbacks imo)

Played is probably my favourite of all the Kyleverse stories I've read! The way I was cackling the entire story 😂
I always love when several of the characters get together in a story, and Played had so many of my favourites plus some of the newer ones we don't know as well. It was so much fun reading all these idiots playing games together and being ridiculous!
AND THE FAE FISH ASSASSIN 😂😂😂 God I can't wait to meet her. Mel is such a mood; sending something that's an inconvenience to her and Spatha off to someone she dislikes. Good luck, Blake! I'm excited to read your misadventures!

The whole crew is here, split into 2 groups for part of the story, some playing a tabletop roleplaying game and the others playing a mix of party games until the S&M game ends in a spectacular fireball!!

Once again Author Nicole Parker has managed to make me question why is this so hot? And at the very same time also make me wish I lived in this crazy little town!
This book was so much fun to read… all these amazing characters together attempting to have a game night… all while simultaneously playing their own personal games!

The banter I was HOWLING and CRYING with laughter.
Poor pogs, but you know I aint even mad about it because that was just hilarious.

I really liked how this was a mashup of all the characters, bringing back some older ones I haven’t seen in a while.
That being said, it was a bit chaotic with different POVs, I kept forgetting who’s POV I was in
I also don’t like D&D so this wasn’t my fave but the scenes within it were good! Spatha’s magic just getting everyone so Randy 😂

This book was pure, unadulterated, chaos. I loved it so much. It was all the best parts of these characters. You definitely need to read at least the suggested books before this one, otherwise I think some things could be confusing and you’d be missing some of the chemistry between characters.
It was fun, fast paced, and hectic in all the best ways. Definitely one of my favorite Kyleverse books!

This one was so fun! I loved all of these amazing characters coming together *wink wink* to play a fun game of S&M and also the non S&M group and their little drinking games hang out.
There were so many levels to this one and thankfully it was so well written that it was never confusing.
I loved how annoyed Pogs was getting and how everyone was having fun at his expense also.
P.S poor Kyle, Spatha really did not make it easy on him at all

This was probably the funniest Kyleverse book yet! I couldn’t stop laughing at the most chaotic and horny game of D&D ever. I was dying at Bo’s victory lap (fireball mfs). Pogs and Spatha getting beaten at their own games was great. I’m so excited for the next book!

This was a FUN and spicy little novella that basically is set during a house party/dungeons and dragons hang out.

A game night with Kyle and all the ‘definitely not sentient but somehow absolutely sentient’ objects, plus every human and non-human friend caught in the crossfire. Dungeons & Dragons, dice based strip-ish poker, drinking games, and pure chaos. It felt like being dropped into a house party I was absolutely not prepared for but definitely wasn’t leaving.

This was such a fun read! I loved getting to spend more time with characters and seeing them interact with one another. This was a quick, spicy read that was so enjoyable and I definitely recommend!

First- this book has characters from several of Nicoles other books- she put a list up on her IG- but I highly recommend reading those first, otherwise you won't know all of the characters.
OK- this is the horniest game night I have ever seen and I loved it. As always, Kyle is just down for anything and I love that about him. He never fails to make me laugh.

Pogs just wanted a nice tabletop RPG session, but with Kyle, Spatha, and the rest of the crew involved, things very, very quickly spiral into the kind of sexy, unhinged chaos that only the Kyleverse can deliver.

Pogs is leading a table top RPG with the horniest group of players to ever sit at the table, and Kyle. This was a ridiculous and super fun look at the Kyleverse friend sphere involving many of the characters we have come to know and love.
Kyle playing the horny bard was absolute perfection, because of course he would. Bo as Magus Multihue made me laugh out loud when he sacrificed the bard. As more people got pulled away to make the most L's nooks and crannies the more unhinged the game becomes. Poor Pogs just cannot have nice things. 🤣

Loved getting to see some of the characters from other Kyle-verse books all hanging out together. This book isn't as smexy time as all the other books, mainly cuz half the crew is playing a table top role playing game. But most of them all come together, sort of, in the end lol. Also always it's a wild ride in the best way.
