Nothing new, I don’t recommend if you already know the basic frugalism/ minimalism advices. However I still selected a few advices, some I already know but good reminder:
* Cooking from scratch
* Use green cleansers
* Being frugal is finding every way possible to avoid waste
* Save money for experiences
* Clean the dishes after dinner (good routine to live in a clean environment)

Awesome book!
This book is definitely amazing! I can't wait to learn more and put all of the things that I've read to use! I am definitely a frugal person and I live on a budget. So I would definitely be given this book another read and I will be giving it a more in depth look and study more . And I will be putting a lot of this stuff into action.

Interesting compilation of ideas from 3 authors. Some of the information is repetitive and some just down right wrong. I would have to be pretty damn thirsty to think I was going to drink water from a condom! Though there was some useful information about repurposing items and swapping.

I was really frustrated with the typos, misspellings, formatting errors, and repeated content of in the e-book version of this book. This is another one that despite being three “books” is a total of about 70 pages of mostly motivational speaking without real instructions.
