I enjoy reading this book, it is a small a practical one. It provides you 5 minutes suggestions on how to start your day and be full of energy and ready for whole day. It recommends 100 methods to boost your mood, mainly on 7 topics: organization, pleasure, health, productivity, relationship, money and mindset. Some of the interesting ones are: - Choose a word that guide you for the rest of day - Read books or emails that inspires you - Making a stop list - Give abnormal yes or no - Write an email thanking someone - Review progress from the day before I recommend to read it at least once
RE "5 Minute Morning Boosters" by Rachel Rofe: Love this bk! No long wordy explanations of 'How I got to the point of writing this book.' The author just delves right into the heart of the matter! The 'no nonsense' approach seems very doable! Will be using these ideas!
I guess if you are that far in to doing nothing that having someone write you a list is needed then this book could suit you - otherwise it is a bit of a waste of time. I think stating the obvious would cover it.
One of my Kindle Unlimited loans - I just can’t seem to help my self when it comes to these short self-help type reads! Lots of suggestions for 5 minute tasks and good habits that could get your day off on a positive note (or perhaps could be added to your day generally).
This was an entertaining read. It was like a ‘pick n mix’ buffet of useful tips and hacks you can implement in your life in little as 5 minutes, to enhance your business, health and mental state...but covered vaguely as full books on the recommendations can be read alone to really grasp the usefulness of these things to take them serious enough to do - but like I said this was a useful reminder and entertaining summary of them

I was hoping this book would have some really great ideas that I would be excited to try... while it did have a LOT of ideas, many of them just didn't fit me or were too weird. I did get some ideas but over all I was disappointed.
Filled with a lot of good ideas that would be good for morning, noon, or night... If you're looking for productivity ideas, then this is a good place to start. A very quick read that took about 20 minutes or so.
