This book is written in such a beautiful way. I was so surprised by the simplicity yet the deepness of each chapter. Anne has shared her vulnerable truths to help you heal your own. This book becomes an invitation to dive into yourself and work on healing from within to without. Not only will you get the Authors story (and feel connected) she offers reflection prompts through each section, what to do next and then how you can integrate that into your daily life and find nervous system regulation.
