This story is short but so satisfying for a quick read with a great story and some spice! I love the best friend! The FMC's growth is realistic as is her relationship with her family. I think my only complaint is that I would have loved to read more but it really was great as is too! I just want more Jonah ! xD

First thoughts… A dark romance that starts with the mention of a spooky Halloween walk. Yes please. If you liked Lights Out, you’ll love this.
Good thoughts… I really like FMCs who know what they want from the start of the book. Yes, they can want more as things unfold, and this is the epitome of that. She has so much under control, but still has a few decisions to make as she experiences new things.
Not good thoughts… Nothing.
Random thoughts… Not a spoiler, but I knew who it was.
Final thoughts… Great story of two people exploring new things together.

This is a shorter read, but it definitely doesn’t take away from the story. This was one of my favorite seasonal reads. If you like books with masked men and light stalking this is for you 😏.
