It always turns out well, and it tastes good too, but the ingredient list on the packaging is too long even to call it healthy bread. That's why I bought this book to bake a healthier and better version. The complete story of wild yeast could be described in more detail in the book. I've read more information about it online to gain a better understanding. The book is extensively stocked with recipes, and because it's a recipe book, I think it deserves five stars, actually, a 4.7, but that rating I can not choose. Now it's time to make my starter yeast and bake my first sourdough bread.
