Kai had won the fief war, but as a result of his victory, half the nobles in the kingdom want him dead and he had been invited to participate in the Assembly of Judgment—One that would determine his future.

But where others see danger, he sees opportunity.

An opportunity to finally build his own faction and gain political power in a kingdom threatening to break under the unruly princes. But before he could do that, he need to get his hand on the medallion his mother had left behind alongside her inheritance.

To do that, Kai would travel to the Ashari desert, the manaless land of duneborn orcs that rules over the human tribes and whose rise might be connected to his own inheritance. Danger might be at its every step, but Kai wasn't one to give up. Not only he had this whole kingdom under his palm.

Book 4 of this Progression Fantasy Epic about a desperate mage sent into the past to rescue his apocalyptic world. Features a detailed magic system, kingdom building, three-dimensional characters, plenty of action, and everything you love about progression fantasy!

This story keeps on rocking!

Another ripping story from the minds of Extra 26 and T.C. Liyanage.

Follow Lore Azran (Kai) as he picks up the pieces from the beast wave and his watchers bring news of the location of his mother’s inheritance. It won’t be easy however as they will have to cross the mana less desert and face off against the Orc Warlord and his clan.

The tensions high and the mana is low but nothing is going to stand in the way of the Fatebreaker!

This was jam packed with exciting world shattering craziness.

Thank you to you guys for packing this with world shattering excitements like end of the world, things that could only be solved by the main character.

Liked the story. The battle between Kai and the magus was my favorite part.

I enjoyed the intrigue and drama between the characters. The two women who hated each other was a good sub-story.

Was OK

I got through it, but for me it was a slog. This book was convoluted scheming with some OK fights won by plot armor and dues ex.

Good story, bad English

Way too much "f" word, more than the previous episodes and at least once per page. There are better uses of language than this.
