The Leadership Journeyman examines authentic leadership through an executive coach's perspective on his trek from the Camino de Santiago. By combining pilgrimage experiences with coaching wisdom, the author makes abstract concepts concrete. The book offers leadership as ongoing personal evolution rather than a set of techniques to master. It made me reconsider what leadership fundamentally means beyond managing tasks and people. I found many key concepts throughout the book that apply not only the leadership growth but my own personal growth and goals.
