When Cayme Foster returns home to care for her dying mother, she walks straight into the past she tried to forget—old secrets, buried memories, and Rick Morrison, the man she never stopped loving. Rick is now a single dad and content with life as it is. But with Cayme back in town, he keeps finding himself at her side—whether he wants to be or not. As floodwaters threaten Cayme’s family home, long-held truths rise to the surface. And in the aftermath, they may discover love on higher ground.

Into Something Good: Great story and writing. I loved all the characters. I like that Stanalei Fletcher chose to write about a character the struggles with PTSD, going through losing a parent and making a decision. I like how Cayme was trying to do everything to hold the family together even though she is Ben's young sister. I like the struggles that Cayme had with the attraction for Rick. I really enjoy this story. I could not put my kindle down the book was so good. I liked how well Cayme connected with Rick's son Adam. They all had great relationships. I really liked the sparks that Rick had with Cayme.
I just finished Stanalei Fletcher's Into Something Good. I thoroughly enjoyed reading Into Something Good, which I highly recommend. It takes place in a small town where everyone knows everything about everyone. The characters come alive in a heartwarming story, especially the young boy, Adam. He'll pull at your heartstrings and put a smile on you face.
An emotional roller-coaster would be the best way to describe this book. From Cayme’s mother dying to Rick’s divorce and trying to take care of his son.
Reunited with her childhood crush Rick, her brother Ben's best friend, Cayme has to overcome her fears and insecurities. It has all the elements, emotion, friendships, old wounds healed. You can't go wrong reading Ms. Fletcher's Into Something Good! Can't wait for the next book!
