Everyone in Savannah owes the Titan-Wynn something. My father owed everything—including me.
One minute I’m stalking hotel corridors; the next I’m waking in a steel box—shackled, bruised, and staring down a dirty cop with orders to “train” me for a man who thinks he owns what he can’t afford.
They thought I’d break.
They forgot who I belong to.
Conrad. Storm. Maverick. Atticus. Four heirs raised on power and violence—my monsters, my sanctuary, my undoing. While I fight to stay alive and whole, they turn Savannah inside out to find carving through alibis, smoking out traitors, and putting a price on every lie.
My rescue isn’t a fairytale. It’s blood and steel and a choice—heal…or become the sharpest weapon in their arsenal. In a guarded coastal hideaway, they try to treat me like glass. I make them remember exactly what I am—their wild card.
But the man behind my abduction isn’t finished. And neither are we.
One queen. Four kings. No way out but through.
The explosive why-choose finale to The Titans—dark contemporary romance with kidnapping themes, obsessive men, a feral guard dog who refuses to quit, and a heroine who does not break. This happy-ever-after is earned.
This turned out to be NOT the story I was expecting. But I wanted a good start of the new year so I persevered. By the end of book, you'll be convinced you were reading a book about entitled frat boys who think the world should worship the ground they walk on. I'll be honest- if it weren't for my good intentions, I would have dropped the series after book 1. Thank god the mmc's had some growth. The fmc wasn't entirely a doormat and also had some growth. However, she did make some very questionable choices and her personality was pretty wishy-washy. Anyway, the series just had too way many plot holes, continuity errors and dropped threads. And it may be personal preference, but I really disliked the disjointed, fill-in-the-gaps writing style. So much so that I won't be reading this author again. Yes, I can use my imagination but it just doesn't work right in certain scenes. Anyway, there was a little twist towards the end that I did not see coming, but also, well, plot hole...
I loved this for the first 30-40% and after that I don’t know what happened 😩😩😩 it was such a good dark romance at the start! So intense I couldn’t put it down. As soon as she got captured it fell completely flat. There was no intense moments anymore, there was a bit of romance & spice but nothing you’d expect with the situation. And the moment Collier got caught? So anticlimactic. Where was the fight with the 4 men?! Fighting for their woman? Saving her? And it was only described in like one or two sentences it should have been a main part of the book in my opinion. And the whole potential sister thing was just strange. Unnecessary.
3.5 ⭐ Reading the second half of the book felt off. I don't know if it was just me but it felt like there was something missing and it didn't hold my attention.
3.75 ⭐️ - I loved the first 2 books in this series. But for some reason this one fell a bit flat for me. I can't pinpoint why exactly, but I wasn't super interested in it like I was the first two. Overall though a good series.
