Trying to find something redeeming in this volume... I think the toxicity crossed a line for me. I do like how I never quite know how the characters are going to react or what they're going to do next.

Eh. The on again off again relationship is mid. The purposeful obsessive love with lies of omissions is making me not want to continue.

3.5 I can’t tell if I want to keep reading or not, I love the ml, but that’s all this story has going for it now. Idk why, but the plot and pacing has taken a nose dive during the second half of the series. I’m glad I decided to switch to the web comic version because this story is not worth $20 a pop for the physical volumes. Like, Wilhelm is fantastic, and everything I’d expect and want from a morally black yandere character, but the fl is an insufferable hypocrite who throws a tantrum every time she doesn’t get her way which is such a 180 from her personality during the first half of the series. Plus the plot’s weak, and the pacing is all over the place. Scenes that should have room to breathe fly at a breakneck pace, and scenes that should be more concise move at a glacial pace. I find myself speed reading through whole sections because I just don’t care, and want the scene to end. It’s a shame that Wilhelm is so well written because everything else is hot garbage, and I can’t decide if one well written ml is worth a subpar story

Boy,this couple is one of the most toxic ones I’ve read in a while.

Wilhelm is as manipulative as it gets, and Reinhardt keeps giving him chances again and again until she’s fed up.

And now she has his kid,who looks like a carbon copy of him.

But hey,at least Freidrich is back! Just in time for the shitshow.

Kind of love that the story allows two very messed up characters to devolve into the toxic endgame they've been barreling toward the whole story, but the drama gets to a point. Hoping for a turnaround or I'm going to blissfully pretend this ended after volume 5.

Wtf is this series!? Just kill Willhelm. Quit dilly-dallying around it. That poor baby, Wilroy. Give him all the love and cuddles.
Didn't like the rape scene; uber gross. If Willhelm wasnt the villain before, he most definitely is after that. He's giving Bear 🤢
