I received an ARC Copy from the author but all thoughts and opinions are my own.

First, I want to start off by saying that I genuinely loved this series. Neena has done a fantastic job with Kallie's story and I really enjoyed the first three books. However, at the end of the 3rd book in the series there was a little romance scene that was a bit descriptive but I wrote it off and just skimmed it since it wasn't overly descriptive ( I am a reader that prefers really low spice). I figured when I found out there would be some spice in this fourth and final book that it wouldn't be too far off from what I saw in the third book. As I started this last book I was really really enjoying the story and how Neena was wrapping everything up, however, I then saw the romance scenes and found that the description of what was happening in the romances scenes was too much for me personally and I ended up choosing to DNF the story because I didn’t know how much more I would be feeling like I would have to skip. I wanted to be fully honest to myself and to this wonderful author and maybe give a heads up to other readers that are like me. If this is something that does not bother you, I HIGHLY recommend this series! I have loved the story so much and I know Neena will have done an amazing job tying everything up. If she ever wrote something more closed door I would 100% pick it up because I love how she's not afraid to tackle difficult topics and ideas in her books! She has stood by some of the sad things she has written and in my opinion that shows she is an incredible author. Too often in fantasy and romantasy books we see a tendency to kind of stray from permanent bad things happening in series and inflicting any kind of emotional or physical pain to the characters but Neena dove in headfirst and made things more realistic in a fantasy world. Hats off to you Neena! You have done an incredible job with this series and I have seen the love and effort you have put into it! Congratulations on completing a beautiful tale and happy reading readers!

This series will always hold such a special place in my heart. From book one I was so hooked, and each book only added to the obsession. Neena has a way of writing that lures you in and completely flips your world upside down. I love a book where I cannot guess the ending, and this whole series is full of surprises.

I love Kallie and her resilience despite everything that has been thrown at her. She breaks down but is not broken. She rises to the challenge despite being scared. She is so relatable in the way that we all have to face our fears, and no matter what you do, doing it scared is okay too.

Graeson is everything. Book boyfriend gold. He is protective, of course, but he refuses to allow Kallie to be pushed to the background (even if he wants her to be safe). He respects her and how strong she is, trusting that although he is not in control, she is the controller of her own fate. She is going to light the fuse, but he will be the one to hand her the matches.

Neena excels at banter and side characters, and let me tell you, Rian, Myra, and Laurince were my absolute favorites. Their banter and witty scenes will forever live rent-free in my mind. Trust me when I say I was so hesitant to like Myra again, but god, I love her now. I could read 1000 more pages of those three together.

I have fallen in love with all these characters, and finishing this series is so bittersweet, but I know they are just one reread away (and trust me, this is a reread series).

If you are looking for an incredible romantasy, slow burn, hilarious banter, and a fall in love with every character type of series, this is it. You will not regret picking these books up!

What a finale! All the characters coming together with new revelations and Kallie finding her choice in it all... I'm sad to say goodbye to these characters after falling in love with the series after reading the Heir's Bargain - the Kingdom's Reckoning is a long book but one that I flew through! From battles, to making shared decisions and plenty of bickering and banter with the entire gang - this was done very well given the length and considering this is the conclusion to the series.

I thoroughly enjoyed the multiple POVs and seeing Myra's character development and her story was a delight as well! I probably was definitely rooting more for the side romances but of course for Kallie and Gray accepting who they both are and deciding the future.

LIVED for a certain chapter with a certain memory reader and Kage - woah!

Thank you so much to Neena for allowing me to read this as an ARC - truly honoured and can't wait to see what's in the future!

WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW. Wow. I’m speechless even thinking about what to write about this book - but needless to say, I truly truly enjoyed and loved how the series wrapped up.

When I first sat down and saw the size of the book, I was a bit intimidated tbh - but I sped through it so quickly, and as always, the story swept me away.

In this book, we really hit the peak of SO many characters’ stories (and the overall plotline) - and the balance of character growth, difficult decisions, battles, and more are all woven together perfectly. The pacing in a book this long is often difficult to find but this book NAILS it. Not writing any spoilers, but that first epilogue?!?!? NEENA.

Truly a fantastic finale to this series 🩷 I will always recommend this series over and over again!!!!

This was a great ending to the series! It was so nice to see the growth and redemption that Kallie goes through throughout the books and have that satisfying conclusion that she deserves. The world building was also so interesting; I would have never expected it to go the way that it did just from reading the first book, and in a good way! I also enjoyed having Myra's perspective in this book again while she and Kallie were both going on their own journeys to heal from their past trauma. I enjoyed the dynamic she had with Laurence and Rian, and how it differed to how Kallie and Graeson interact with each other.

I look forward to seeing what the author has plans for next! Thank you so much Neena for allowing me to be an ARC reader for this series!

I think Neena gave us another wonderful book filled with things I once again never saw coming. I'm so sad to see the end for all of these characters but I've loved the ride. Seeing the growth of all the characters through the books, especially my main squeeze Graeson, has been the best reading experience. He's the perfect amount of possessive with understanding and I can never get enough of him! I think he was my all time favorite character throughout the series.

This series is a must read if you love twists and turns and development of characters that spans several books. Absolutely recommend!

I was lucky enough to receive this final book as an ARC and will be purchasing the physical copy to join the others on my shelf!

WHAT. A. FINALE.

This was the PERFECT conclusion to Kallie's story and the entire series. Neena beautifully tied up all of the lose ends and answered a majority of the questions and theories I had been having since book one.

I have so many thoughts and emotions running through my head, that it is hard to sit here and write this review in a cohesive and coherent. So I will most likely come back to this after my brain has time to settle.

Overall, Neena created a story, a world, and characters that make it very hard to let go of and the hangover will be a doozy.

Thanks to the author for giving me an ARC to review.

I can't believe this series has come to an end. This book was a bit slower than the others, but it was action packed and danger lurked around every corner. I loved that all the loose ends were tied up and it was a great end to the series.

Kallie really grew on me in this book, she was fierce and I'm glad she finally grew a back bone. She really grew into herself in this book and she became enjoyable to read. And Graeson, seeing him unleashed was so entertaining. I loved Myra, she was probably my favourite POV in this book and I loved it. All the characters were amazing.

Overall, a great end to the series! I'm sad it's over but it's been one amazing journey. Highly recommend!

This series was such an adventurous, heart breaking and thrilling ride. I thoroughly enjoyed the series and am officially sad to say goodbye to these characters. I can't wait for what else Neena comes up with! If anyone knows what happened between Kage and Kallie's mom - drop the deets! I would also love to know more about Graison's dad.

I liked the book. It’s not my favorite in the series but the series was so good!! It took me a while to get through and I thought some parts were dragging significantly, but it was a nice ending to the series.

Finished the series just to see what happened but wasn’t glued to it like other series. And I’m all for an intense and broody MMC, but Graeson was annoying af.

I think this was an amazing way to wrap the series up with all the twists and turns throughout. This was the best conclusion I could have asked for from an amazing series that kept me on the edge of my seat throughout the entire series.
