This book is filled with hope and encouragement for the anxious heart. It’s relatable and thought-provoking. I enjoyed the biblical verses that inspired, encouraged, and strengthened readers' faith. I appreciate the author's openness and the manner in which she described her own issues. I'd never given much thought to anxiety and scripture references. I admire how the author provides readers with easy-to-use tools, yet they are powerful materials for dealing with stress or worry.
