I have always been the quiet girl carrying an entire world behind her eyes. I didn't find my voice so much as I found a pen. Slowly, that world is making its way onto paper, and I get to share it here with you.
I grew up in a town about 30 miles north of Boston, four proper seasons and a library card I wore out early. These days, I call Ottawa, Ontario home. It's no accident that my characters wander the same places I do most weekends. I write the places I know, and the people who feel like home in them.
You can read it first in my poetry. Soon, in the novels I publish, you'll find endearing friendships, delightful banter, laugh-out-loud moments, and love that stays with you.
