This book was great. A lot of good quality take aways that are structured in a simple way. A quick read with a lot of value.

* Growth requires disciplined experimentation, not reckless bets.
* Most organizations become over-indexed on solving problems and optimizing what already exists, while unintentionally starving the very forces that drive future growth.
