In this latest collection from Velvet Ashes, 39 women recount stories of laughter and fun in the midst of life lived around the globe.
Stories like: Sylvie‘s precarious ride home on the bus carrying a 36 piece collection of dinnerware in a briefcase and plastic grocery bags. (I’ll let you read the book to find out how they fared.) Rachel, who friended a stray dog and found joy in the neighborhood. Alison’s family fun club that lifted them out of stress. The provision of a cat for Kristi to not only alleviate their rat problem, but bring moments of delight. Games and laughter to process the sudden departure of team leaders.
