let me start off by saying thank you to this author for letting me be a ARC reader to this story.
i ate this book up!! this is my first ever book i’ve read from this author and she DIDN’T disappoint!

forced marriage, mafia romance ugh I LOVED. our fmc is such a feisty person but i loved it, she def knew how to get what she wanted when she wanted all while trying to remember what had happen to her.

our mmc isn’t far behind, we loved a i hate you that i love you, obsessive male who will go to the end of the world to get back at anyone who hurts his woman!!

i def recommend this read & i cannot wait to read more books by this author!

BRO ARE YOU KIDDING!? the way i ate this book up you guys ahhhhh i was hooked from the first chapter and it didn’t let go. Astor and Alessia are both so freaking HOOOOT omg Astor could literally punch me in the face and i’d say thank you.maaan alaina really knows how to write a DELICIOUS MMC woooo 🥵 and i’m such a suuuucker for a bad ass FMC that takes not ish! Alessia really gave this man a run for his money and i ate it up. this is definitely my favorite from Alaina! i can’t waaaait for more 😛

The way this book sucked me in right from the start! I love a good mafia romance and this one had me intrigued from the beginning. I needed to know more about Alessia and Astor and what happened between them! And once I started reading, it was hard for me to stop!

I struggled a lot with reading this book. Of course, going into it I knew it was a mafia book, but this was stereotypical monotone MMC who is dark and brooding who likes to physically assert dominance with grabbing FMC and choking her (in a non-sexual, non-consenting manner). The MMC also was very demeaning to FMC’s face. I’m a reader who can get into mafia book, but I think this one was not quite my taste as the MMC was overly aggressive and the FMC did not have a backbone. I DNFed about 15% into it and skimmed some of the rest. If you’re looking for a very toxic MMC and a book where there’s good amounts of spice, this is your book. This just was not my cup of tea, unfortunately. If you’re sensitive to any mentions of S/A avoid this book! Secondly, and potential spoiler? but also a warning in case people have triggers, FMC is referenced as a non-virgin due to said assault which left me very irritated

Alaina you did it again!! I loved every moment of this book!! Can we please get a Justin & Caro book, or all the friend pairs ☺️

If you are looking for a spicy mafia romance look no further. You get a possessive MMC and a badass mafia Princess FMC. In the beginning Astor pissed me off but as the story unfolded I started to understand him more and I absolutely love him. I would gladly be his little devil. 🤭 Astor and Alessia are definitely a perfect match. And when Alessia finally comes into her own!!!! I was internally screaming “you go girl!” This book did not disappoint!! You get SPICE, banter, drama and mafia action. Overall I highly recommend this one.

The book was fine. But there were a few things that were a little annoying at times. There were a lot of typos. And also typing okay as ok was super annoying to me. I really don’t know why.
What also threw me off was that everybody was acting like they het is so much worse when she was the one who got 🍇. I get that it can be hard for them as well but not talking and avoiding her for 3 years is just crazy.
Also the excuse for not telling her… I get they were concerned but when something like that happens to you I feel like you just have to know.

When I first went into this book , I was not sure if I’d actually be able to get into it . I was in a month long reading slump and STRUGGLING. Needless to say I was sucked in from the very first chapter & couldn’t put it down

I absolutely loved the relationship between Astor and Alesssia. I loved how protective, resilient & strong both characters were.

I’m so sad it’s over but I can’t wait to see what else is coming ( I need Caro & Justin’s 🫣😉)

Words can’t describe how dark and yummy this book is. I love a female with a dirty mouth. Alessia takes no sh*t from no one. The fact that her nickname is a natural disaster is perfect for her. Her counterpart truly met his match. Astor is a Russian hot piece of all man. His whole touch her and meet your maker has me fanning my lady bits. Just be ready to laugh and see how deep love and friendship run. Alessia & Astor together is another level of power couples. Read this book asap.

Astor and Alessia has me loving this book! I really enjoyed it and the plot was plotting! Enemies to lovers were enemies to loverss HARDCORE! This is my favorite one from her by far! I cannot wait for the next book! 😋
