Just another festival, another stage, and another small town I’d forget in the morning.
But then I saw him and I knew I’d never forget this place.
Sheriff Ryland Gray—gruff, broad-shouldered, silver-haired, and the kind of man who makes you forget how to breathe.
He looked at me once, and my world tilted. When he talked to me, my universe shifted forever.
He calls me angel, like it’s a fact, not a nickname.
He looks at me like he knows I’m his.
He’s older, protective, and possessive in a way that should scare me.
But it doesn’t. It makes me feel safe.
It makes me feel wanted.
It makes me feel alive.
So, how can I forget this place?
How can I go?
And if I try, will this hot, silver fox of a Mountain Man even let me leave?
A sizzling Age-Gap romance is in the Greene Mountains forecast. Join Sheriff Ryland Gray as he falls for the irresistible musician visiting his town. This hunky Mountain Man falls hard.

He called it her kitty (in dialogue) and called himself “Sheriff Sexy” in bed. I need us to be so serious rn - you people are lying liars and this was egregious.
Not OTT's best, much of the first third of the book was spent on bad carnival folk stereotypes and the sheriff knocking heads because ACAB. Mostly I couldn't get that Tov Lo "Like Em Young" song out of my head and couldn't help but think about the fact that he was 80 yrs old in the epilogue and she was 55, ick.
This book is a part of the Greene Mountain Boys series and focuses on Ryland and Ellie. Ryland has dedicated his life to protecting his small town as a sheriff. During that time he has never found the person meant to be his. His luck in love changes the second he spots Ellie playing the harp at the carnival in town. He immediately knows that Ellie is the one for him. Thankfully for him, Ellie was over the traveling lifestyle and was ready to settle down some roots. This was a great story and a great addition to the series.

Ellie comes to Greene Mountain with nothing more than her harp and a restless spirit, ready to play another festival before moving on. But when Sheriff Ryland Gray — gruff, commanding, and heartbreakingly handsome — locks eyes with her across the crowd, her rhythm changes forever. What begins as a spark turns into a fire that neither can walk away from.
Turner has a gift for making instalove feel electric and emotional all at once. The age gap only amplifies the connection — Ryland’s steady, protective energy perfectly balancing Ellie’s soft, wandering soul. Their chemistry is instant, but their bond feels timeless, like two melodies that were always meant to intertwine.
Beyond the steam (and yes, there’s plenty of it), this novella captures something rare: the beauty of being truly seen. Ryland doesn’t just want Ellie — he cherishes her, grounding her in a way that feels tender, not possessive. And Ellie’s quiet courage to stay, to choose love over fear, makes her more than just the muse — she becomes the heartbeat of Greene Mountain.
If you crave steamy, swoon-worthy stories with protective heroes, dreamy age gaps, and heroines who rediscover themselves through love, Entranced in the Mountains will pull you in note by note — and leave your heart humming long after “The End.”.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Steamy, swoony, and completely captivating! Entranced in the Mountains is everything I love about Olivia T. Turner’s storytelling—intense, possessive heroes, strong heroines, and all the delicious small-town heat that makes you want to pack up and move to Greene Mountain yourself. Ellie and Ryland’s connection is instant and electric, the kind of fated love that makes your heart race and your cheeks flush.
Ellie’s free spirit and vulnerability make her so easy to root for, and Ryland? Absolute perfection. The gruff, silver-haired sheriff who falls hard and fast, determined to claim his angel and protect her from the moment he lays eyes on her—he’s the kind of alpha you can’t help but melt for. Their chemistry is off the charts, and every scene between them hums with emotion and raw passion.
This book is equal parts tender and scorching. Olivia T. Turner delivers another unforgettable mountain man romance filled with possessive devotion, small-town charm, and the kind of love that feels like destiny. If you adore protective older heroes and heroines who find their forever love in the most unexpected place, Entranced in the Mountains is pure magic. ❤️🔥.

'The most beautiful girl I’ve ever seen stops me in my tracks. She grabs my attention. She grabs my soul. She’s… She’s… perfect. She’s mine. That truth slams into me, raw and undeniable. She’s mine. I don’t care that I’ve never spoken to her. I don’t care that I’m too damn old. I don’t care that I don’t even know her name. My blood knows. My bones know. My heart knows. And my soul knows. She belongs to me.'
I really enjoyed this book. It was such a sweet romance. I loved both Ryland and Ellie. He was in love- obsessed- the moment he laid eyes on her. He was in the middle of handling thieving carnival workers, and was so struck dumb, he stopped helping a man who was robbed, gave him some of his own money, and sent him on his way. I didn't like that, because these crooks were robbing people left and right and he should have been arresting them. But it was testament to his shift in priorities. I love that Ellie was so distracted by seeing him in the crowd watching her that she messed up a note, needed to check what song they were going to play, and was distracted. These two were so cute and their chemistry sizzled. 4 stars
Good lord have mercy, this reads like something a teenager would write on wattpad - im unsure if the author has either had bad sex or no sex, cause those scenes were toe curling in the worst way possible, if I had to give you a clear picture of what i read, if this were porn hub, it would be one of those videos with the worst acting ever in it. Some of the scenes also didn't make sense at all, at one point its reverse cowgirl but she is putting her arms around his neck, he also knows she's a virgin when at no point was it discussed, also, the ONE DATE they went on, she's called a prostitute and he never stood up for her, and told those two people to take a hike.
This reads like a man trying to imitate a woman writing smut - if I could give it no stars, I would.
Ryland is a silver fox with a body that doesn't stop and an OTT alpha! Ellie, I wasn't into her character very much. There was just something about her that felt very blah. She's a 27 year old virgin who still lives with her parents and travels to fairs playing the harp. I'm sorry but nothing about that screams sexy!!! But all of a sudden she is quite versed in ALL ways of the bedroom, c'mon! Ryland on the other hand...the way he was tossing around the criminals at the fair, lifting weights, in the bedroom; for a 52 year old he was ticking all the right boxes. Replace the h and you got a 5 star from me.

Totally OTT all the way! Ryland was the epitome of a boad, beefy, protective Alpha, and Ellie was a complete gonner. The feeling was mutual and readily communicated through actions and statements. Their initial actual meeting was both intense and endearing (you just need to read it). The quartet girls provided a break in the MCs intensity, though they were a real handful in themselves. I got quite a few chuckles from their antics. This story was a quick and easy read, and was great to have as a breather between more in-depth, lengthier stories. I will always pick up anything OTT publishes, she never disappoints!.

This is another fun and hot insta-love romance for the series and I love how this one unfolded. Harpist, Ellie, is at her wit's end with the quartet she's part of and is so ready to move onto to something else. When their group is in town for a summer festival, Sheriff Ryland Gray spots her and can't look away. Thankfully, she's feeling the same buzz ;) With hot chemistry, a sweet romance and some previous characters to give this well written story more depth, I inhaled it in one go ;) It may be a shorter read, but with fab world building, action, great characters, it sure reads like a longer book. So fun and I'm hoping we get more Greene Mountain stories :D
I loved this story. I couldn't get it down. I love reading about the men on Greene Mountain and the women that claim their hearts. Sheriff Ryland has been feeling lonely lately. When a festival is in town that is causing some issues, he doesn't expect to meet his soul mate. Ellie has been part of a quartet that has been having some arguments lately. She is tired of always being on the road. When she needs some help, Ryland comes to her rescue and her life completely changes. Will they get their happily ever after?

If you're ever in need of a short and oh so spicy novella.....this series is amazing! And like all the others in this book this MMC is obsessive and possessive over his leading lady! He falls first and hard...and when he knows what he wants there's no stopping him. The FMC is a sweet and gorgeous harper player that just wants to find her happily ever after. These two have this instant connection...it's sweet, but it's also HAWT! They will have you fanning yourself! And I always enjoy how at the end of these books we get a little peek at their HEAs...their futures...it will have you in your feels!
I totally devoured this incredible Instalove love story. The vivid descriptions of how Ryland felt when he first saw Ellie, and vice versa, were amazing. Every character was well-written, from the crooked carnies, to the three other girls in her quartet, and especially Ryland and Ellie. The storyline was magnificent, with an inferno of steaminess shared by two soulmates. I highly recommend this excellent book.

This is book 13 in Greene Mountain Boys series. Tropes: sheriff, small town, age gap, harp player, and innocent FMC. An instalove novella with a silver fox sheriff and a sweet harp player who is ready for a new start. Ryland is mesmerized the moment he spots Ellie at his town's festival. I loved how possessed, obsessed, and protective Ryland is for Ellie. I love the characters of Greene Mountain. So happy the series continued.

Welcome back to Greene Mountain -this time it’s the Summer festival where it’s hotter than ever when Ryland spots his soulmate Ellie playing onstage and there is no way age or anything else will keep them apart!! Plus, the twins are at it again 😂 🤪 and I am still putting out the flames from the Western Suite scene 🔥. Instalove at it’s finest - wishing for a hunky sheriff of my own or at least a pair of handcuffs 🥰.

I love when a man sees a woman and just knows she is the one. It is the ultimate swoon factor in romance.
Sheriff Ryland Gray is stopped in his tracks when he spots Ellie across the festival grounds. Their attraction is immediate and their hearts jump right into the deep end of the future. They are perfect together and everything falls in place for them and their happily ever after.
This is great read to get your romance fix.

-A silver-fox sheriff meets a sweet harpist in this sizzling age-gap, small-town romance. I received a free copy and am voluntarily sharing my honest thoughts.
Ryland’s protective passion and Ellie’s tender spirit strike the perfect emotional chord. Their instant chemistry feels both fiery and fated, making this novella impossible to put down.
Steamy, heartfelt, and beautifully written—another winning story in the Greene Mountain Boys series. I especially enjoyed their first impressions description of love at first sight.
Sheriff Rylan Gray is dealing with carnies at the summer festival when he sees her across the way. He knows she is his soulmate, his angel. Ellie has been touring with the these three women but it starting to wear thin, two of them are always fighting. When she locks eyes with hot silver fox sheriff, she feels things she never has before.
This an instant love, OTT age gap romance, the chemistry between them is sizzling.

Entranced in the Mountains is over the top OTT hotness at its finest! Heartwarming, sweet, and so much fun. Ryland and Ellie have intense connection and chemistry from the first second their eyes meet, and the story of devotion and desire builds in intensity and beauty with each turn of the page. The world building is absolutely entrancing, and the smexy times are off the chain sensuous and wild. I adored this 13th addition to the Greene Mountain series.

Sheriff Gray is dedicated to protecting his town and residents. He spends all his time on the job and hasn’t made any time for his own personal life.
When a festival rolls into town, a musician who plays the harp completely captivates him. Gray knows that she is meant to be his and he sets a plan into action to win her over.
Over the top alpha male energy, age-gap mountain escape romance. Short, steamy and enjoyable read.

I love the Greene Mountain men and all their OTT tendencies. Ryland is no exception. He's been alone for so long that he doesn't believe there's a special woman for him. That is, until he sees Ellie performing at the festival. I love Ryland's extreme reaction to Ellie and the chemistry that sparks between them. For fans of steamy romance, this is the perfect book! A fantastic short story with the best happily-ever-after.

From the moment Sheriff Ryland sees Ellie playing her harp at the town carnival, he falls hard for her. This is an age gap, small town, instalove romance between a sheriff and a harp player. The writing is well done, the story held my attention from the first page until the last, and the characters got a happily ever after. Entranced in the Mountain is book thirteen and a great addition to the Greene Mountain Boys series. I recommend this book, this series, and this author to everyone who loves romance. Angel. Fantastic. Ellie is so tired of listening to two of her group mates fighting constantly. When another member announces that she’s quitting the group Ellie does the same. She met Sheriff Sexy and has a date. Ryland is speechless from the moment he sees her and there are no words to describe her playing her harp. He’s already convinced her to stay a couple more days but, what Ellie doesn’t know is that Ryland has no intention of EVER letting her leave.

One look at the captivating harp player and Sheriff Ryland is a goner, he’s found the missing piece of his heart and he’s not going to let her go. Ellie is in a band, touring from town to town and one afternoon in Green mountain and one look at the towns sheriff Ellie knows she’s home. This was a love at first sight ott, age gap and steamy read. Great characters and the epilogues are a great touch too.
One of the things I love most about Olivia’s books is how sooooo OTT the MMC’s are for their FMC’s and Ryland and Ellie are no different! Somehow Ryland is both ridiculously feral for Ellie AND absolutely the sweetest at the same time😍. The story was super sweet, with lots of protective vibes. They are playful but passionate with each other which I really loved as well!.
