A solid progression in the storyline. I'm really enjoying this series, from the main characters to the rules of magic and the world. Some of it is unclear at times, but eventually, I get past it and eventually sort of get the idea. I'd give it five stars if the pace slowed just barely from time to time to help take in a scene a bit better. But overall, a great story that moves quickly and keeps you wanting more. Could have used one more round of professional editing. Looking forward to the next book in the series.
