**WARNING** you MUST read UnKiss Me before UnTouch Me!!
The truth always comes out, no matter how deep you try to bury it. Secrets never make their way to the grave. Lilly Mayer has always lived a simple life. She’s loyal—maybe too loyal since faithfulness cost her the love of her life. Keeping Eden’s whereabouts a secret from everyone, including Vinny, has ripped away Lilly’s future.
Vincent “Zippo” Torino knows he’s a goddamn bastard. And he’s willing to use Lilly’s loyalty to Eden as his own escape from a hell he created. He doesn’t give a damn that he’s leaving the woman pregnant with his child behind—not when he has to protect his own destructive secret. And not when he’s sure she’s going to beat him to the punch and leave first.
As the dangers to the club escalate, nobody’s hearts—or lives—are safe.
*All books in this series are 50K words, all to be combined into ONE paperback titled UnLove Me*

4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ - Liked it! ====================== ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥Rereading in 2023♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I liked this second reading better. The author always delivers the revenge that I love so much and exes and club whores have bloody and grotesque deaths, which makes my heart warm! But she would look better if she kicked his ass to the curb. But she made lemonade out of lemonade. I felt sorry for her. Nojento!!!!! Fiquei com muita raiva! Too dumb to live! Fiquei com muita raiva e estava torcendo para a heroína chutar a bunda dele e seguir em frente com a filha dela e arrumar outro interesse amoroso.
---------------------- I just have to say I was disgusted with the "supposed hero" ... He's looking for any reason to fight with heroine and go fuck another bitch. A complete asshole without shame that does not keep the zipper closed and which do not raise any sympathy from the reader. The heroine is a weak to accept being treated like dirt and as a second category of human being. The cheater gets pregnant another woman at the same time that our "supposed heroin" ... I say supposedly, because throughout history the other woman ends up being described as a much better person than heroin. Lilly was used, betrayed, deceived and is still accused of misbehaves when demonstrates her rebellion. And the "supposed hero" attends all appointments of the bitch, but not attend the appointments of Lilly. Disgusting!!!!! I was so angry. I was very angry and was rooting for heroine kick his ass and move on with her daughter and find a new love interest.
This book is Lilly an Vinny's story an god it's 1 great story it's starts with the past an works to the past they have alway had a on and off relationship most if the time it's Vinny goin mad over something totally stupid but when things were good with these two it was really good there sexual relationship was really hot an they make a great couple but Vinny makes stupid mistakes that's goin to tear them apart Lilly makes a few mistakes as well but hers r not as bad well I don't think they r Lilly is just tryin to look after her girls an if she as to keep secret then she will it may mean she as to lie to Vinny but she is sure he will understand but will he even though he as his own secrets goin on
I luvd these 2 there characters r really good I did want to punch Vinny quite a bit cause he his just a stupid ass picking fights with Lilly over every thing an sometime just to make his own guilt feel better GRRR but Lilly is such a strong woman even though her luv for Vinny does blind her sometimes I think she makes the rite decisions but there is still so many secret goin with this lot it's just crazy it the secrets that's tearing them apart

OK...now this one really brought in all those cliches of books...so much drama...so much angst...and so many things I would normally not want to read about. UGH
In this book - I really hate Vinny/Zippo and think Lilly needed to pack up her shit and leave or at least give Vinny a taste of his own medicine.
UGH...it's so annoying to me but again, I can't stop wanting to read more.
I'm dying to find out what the story is behind the scenes and get the answers that I think I may have figured out.
Oh...on another note...the author definitely got me with the Brandon thing...I wasn't expecting that!
I hope Lilly doesn't forgive zippo! He's a cheater he slept with Kayla even tho Lilly and him weren't together to me thast still cheating!! I hate cheating

I tried to read this series before but couldn’t get past Unkiss Me because I found Eden completely insufferable, but I recently reread THIS and stumbled on an argument about this book, so curiosity got the better of me. I’m not going to rate it because they aren’t standalones, and I skimmed it only for the Lilly/Vinny/Kayla parts and that’s all my review will be addressing.
Ugh Vinny is something else. I think he purposely fought with Lilly just so he could say the were "broken up" and that way it would lessen his own guilt.
Me I saw it as he was a jerk who wanted to cheat. Let me say you feel the hurt of Lilly from Vinny's betray.
Everything is coming to a head and not everyone is the friend you thought they were.
The most unromantic novel I ever read. Who would in their right mind would think that a guy going off and sleeping with another women after a fight and eventually getting this woman pregnant is romantic?
Unhealthy relationship. Bad book. If I could give a negative star I would.
With that being said.... I was scared. I read book one and I am probably the only one on the planet who didn't fall head over heals with it the first time. (I read it again before this and I now understand things a little better) But that's another post.....The moment I started reading this one.... I was hooked! Dawn redeemed herself in my eyes. I couldn't put it down. This one answered a lot of unanswered questions for me and still left me with a cliffhanger sitting there saying "you have got to be kidding me!" "UGH"
To hear Lily and Vinny's story Broke.My.Heart! You hear me! It was torn apart.
We are going to see just how childish and selfish of a man Vinny really is in this one. You will walk away either loving him or hating him..... I am still on the fence haha!
Lily - a true friend til the end! We see the struggle she goes through to keep a secret and the heartache she is dealing with when it comes to her relationship with Vinny. She really loves this man and he plays her like a game of ping pong.... back and forth - back and forth........
This doesn't focus on the everyday dealings with the MC much. It is focussed more on the members and the struggles surrounding them. Dealing with love and relationships. Lies and loyalties. We first handedly see how the actions of one person changed the lives of everyone around her.
We still have those we loved or hated from book one. So not to worry..... even though this is the story of Lily and Vinny - we are still seeing what happens with the others.
Small plot twists and a cliffhanger are what will have you screaming for more!
LIES ------ it tears people apart. Can love be enough to bring everyone back together?
Stop if you have not read book one in this series. You will want to start at the beginning or much of what you read here will confusing. There is a lot going on and walking in the middle of it is not going to help in understanding the many sub-plots and characters that inhabit this story.
This is the second installment of the trilogy with the main focus now on secondary characters Lilly Mayer and Vincent "Zippo" Torino. The first half of the book fills in their backstory plus provides their viewpoint on events surrounding Eden and Angel. At times it felt like a rehashing of a familiar story, which it was, but certainly gave added details and insight.
I must say I struggled a bit with this story due mostly to the drama reaching such a fever pitch. Relationships have challenges, and life in the MC certainly provides a lot more than most. The back and forth between these two became almost rhythmic and expected with each incident seeming to up the ante in terms of bad behavior.
Seriously, I wanted to grab Lilly and shake her while at the same time giving her a hug. Vinnie's actions included two behaviors which are instant hell no's for me and seeing them happen over and over really made it hard for me to wish them well. While Lilly called him on one she really glossed over the other. Their story is fully intertwined with their close friends and sub-plots move forward along with their story.
Ending in another doozy of a cliffhanger, the author certainly knows how to draw out the mystery and intrigue. Who is threatening the MC and all those within it? I still don't know plus none of the issues surrounding these couples have been resolved. I need to read the conclusion to see where this all leads. ~ Diane, 3.5 stars
UnTouch Me is book number 2 in Dawn Martens Angels MC Trilogy. The books are 50 000 words each, so they make for some quick reading. UnTouch Me focuses on Vincent "Zippo" Torino and Lilly Mayer. The book spans over a few years, and the first half of the book gives you a glimpse into how their love started. I actually really loved that Dawn Martens did this because it really gave you insight into everything that they had been through. Their relationship is tumultuous at best initially, but that is what we expect of young love - it is full of passion and fire. The fights are insane but the making up is epic. The two are both hard headed and stubborn, and both are harboring secrets that they know can damage the other as well as shatter their entire relationship. Reading this book I actually found myself getting incredibly emotional - purely because of the content and because of the way both characters justified their reasons for secret keeping as a way to make things alright between each other. They both knew what they were doing was wrong, but neither seemed able to come and clean and be truthful. Vinny devastated me, as I watched him continue on with his secret life, I could literally feel my heart shattering. I think to a certain degree, he did think if he didn't acknowledge things then they weren't real. The secrets that Lilly keeps are to protect those she loves, but it is also at the expense of those she loves - there never was going to be a clear right and wrong with what she had kept to herself, but Vinny has to use something to balm his conscience and her ommission/deception is what he chooses. The book switches to present day (just after the end of UnKiss Me) and we watch as things have disintegrated to almost nothing between Lilly and Vinny. Vinny is the King of the cold shoulder and leaves Lilly feeling heartbroken and at a loss. She is willing to do almost anything to get their relationship on track and get their family back together. Vinny's secrets and lies unravel and Lilly soon finds out what he has been harboring - it leaves her broken and devastated. This part of the book although the most difficult to read was for me the most incredible. We are given insight into Lilly's pain and suffering - her internal monologue to how she feels and it is breathtaking and soul shattering. We can all relate to that one person that has left us so damaged we wonder if we will ever be whole again, and that is exactly what Vinny has done to her. On the other side, we are also able to see how Vinny reacts and his pain - although we shouldn't feel sympathetic towards him, our hearts do begin to soften watching his heart break. He is a character that I love to hate or hate to love, I am not sure which. I don't want to like him or feel for him, but he is written so well, that it is impossible not to. A warning though - this book ends on a CLIFFIE and we will only know if all 3 of our beloved couples will get their happily ever after in the final instalment UnBreak This Heart which is scheduled for release on 6 July. UnTouch Me gets 4.5 Magical gold stars from me. I was really blown away by this book and I cannot wait to get to the next one in the trilogy, which will focus on Mason "Reaper" Harris and Hilary DeVaughn.
~*~ Obsessed by books arc given in exchange for an honest review ~*~
"Everything I have come to know has changed...I can already feel the weight of her secret bearing down on my shoulders."
You need to read Unkiss Me to fully appreciate this story, although the first part retells Eden's story from Lilly's and Vinny's pov. We see through their eyes how Eden's disappearance impacted on their lives, choices and decisions. How the actions of one has a ripple effect that altered the paths of everyone she had touched. This story although set in an MC focuses on love, the bonds of friendship and the irrevocable damage a lie can cause...
Lilly has always been in love with Vinny. He eventually "see's" her one day and he claims her as his and they start a tempestuous relationship. They are part of the bbf club that grew up together: Mason and Hilary, Eden and Jasper, Lilly and Vinny all interwoven by their shared childhoods. Lilly and Vinny have been on/off forever, Vinny picking fights and leaving her whilst Lilly has loved him enough to always sit back and wait for him to come around. She has kept to her word and protected Eden's secrets which has driven a wedge between her and Vinny.
Vinny is a selfish, childish man who wants his cake and to eat it too! He loves Lilly but can't keep it in his pants, returning to Kayla once she comes home from college. Ending things with Lilly and running straight into Kaylas arms, he feels he isn't cheating as it's only whenever he is on a break (cue Friends music as the scene between Ross and Rachel plays out!) So Vinny keeps his own secrets, even though he hates lies after the events involving Eden, knowing the truth will destroy his chance of love with his one true woman. Have I mentioned his mother hates Lilly!?! And she makes no secret of it, at least someone is honest. Lilly keeps her on/off relationship secret from her bff's as she knows it toxic and her own mother hopes she see's the relationship for what it is but love is blind!
We gain a better understanding of how the Angels Warriors became the club we meet in the first book, what the boys endured to become the men of today. We flick from past events to where we left off in book one, with Jasper still unable to look Eden in the eye after keeping his children secret. This book is full of heart wrenching moments, misery and unrequited love. The heart wants what the head understands it can't have but it still doesn't hurt any less. The plot to over throw the club and return it to the darker ways of the past thickens...and all in all this is one fast paced rollercoaster ride of a book!
I am now gutted I have such a long wait for Mason and Hilary's story...I need to know what happens next! Seriously this is a well written MC book that doesn't focus on club life or the seedy side of things but looks at the complications of lies, the pain of loyalty and the bonds of friendship. My lips are sealed in regards to the plot twists and progression, but you won't be disappointed.
This is a second part of the Angels Warriors MC Trilogy and the story continues to unfold.
Honestly if not for my avid curiosity about the story I would have DNF this book very early.
Because this book has one of my big NONOs and even if they kept saying that for me it was still a big NO. It's not ok that if you break up sometimes in a very long relationship (YEARS!!!) to I was ready to bust his balls or slap him several times.
As I said above I only read this book so I could see where the story was going and I skipped ahead a lot. If you started reading this series and liked it the probably you'll have to read this too...if not I don't recommend it at all. I know it has a good rating but to me this was BAD BAD BAD.
I did not like this book at all, almost half of the book was a repeat of the first book, just in Lily's and Vinny's POV. I hate what Vinny does everytime they fight and break up, really???? that is ridiculous and then the author always writes him saying things like, it isnt cheating, we are broken up. Then you have desperate Kayla who just keeps on being there, letting him have sex with her anytime he wants, why does this author have to always make the woman seem so weak. Then finally the story comes to the present and because Vinny is such a dog he gets two woman pregnant at the same time and ends up using a mistake Lily did to break it off with her before she finds out his secret. I did not like a single thing about this book but I will read the next one just so maybe I can find out about Eden and Jasper, are they ever going to sit down and talk things out, work things out? I wish I had never read Unkiss me because I would surely walk away now.
I really liked this book. I do not like zippo. The man is a hypocrite. I hated how he thought the fact that they faught and "broke up" everyother week gave him the right to have sex with someone else is fucked up. I would never forgive him I mean he basicaly cheated on her for 5 or more years only a horrible person would do that someone they love. I really hope lilly doesn't take him back, if he could lie about having sex with someone then getting her prego and not telling lilly he isn't worth her time and love. I think lilly should move on to someone that will treat her how she deserves to be treated. Zippo went to 1 dr appointment with lilly but yet with kayla he went to them all that pretty much shows were his loyalties lay.

What can I say about this woman and her books- amazing for starters. This is book 2 in the Angels Warriors trilogy and Vinny aka Zippo my emotionally tortured biker gah I love him - and have already fought with my cupcake Chelsea Camaron for him anyway this book has all the feels. You won't see the ending coming you will not expect the story Dawn delivers so hold on for the ride!
First Dawn Martens gave us Eden and Jasper, now it's Vinny and Lily's turn. I liked that the first part of the book was a combination of a recap of Eden and Jasper as well as how Vinny and Lily ended up in the situation they were in at the end of book one. This review may spoil book one, so get caught up before reading.
Lily has loved Vinny since high school and like all long term relationships, they have lots and lots of ups and downs. Almost too many for my taste, but hey, that's just one girls opinion. As we learn how Vinny and Lily came to be, we are also learning how she ended up smack in the middle of Eden's crap, which made Vinny mad. Lily is everybody's friend. Not a mean bone in her body, unless you mess with her man or her friends. Which is why she took such a hit for Eden with the secrets she was keeping from Vinny.
Vinny is a member of the MC and best friends with Jasper and Mason. The boys and girls of this book really need to learn how to get along. Like Eden, Lily is also keeping secrets from him, however the one he is keeping from her is much, much bigger. To me, Vinny is a big, giant baby. Just because things get bad with Lily, he's got to instantly find another warm body. Pig. While I liked his alpha protective side, I wasn't a huge fan of Vinny this time around.
While Lily is pregnant and alone, there is still somebody out to bring the club down. So in the midst of all of these relationship problems, there is somebody out there looking to hurt the Angels Warriors and make things how they think it should be.
UnTouch Me is well written from Vinny and Lily's point of views, with the mystery person thrown in there every so often. It is a great addition to the series as some questions are answered, but more are presented to us. Oh and Jasper STILL hasn't forgiven Eden. Really? These guys can go around and act like complete animals and the girls mess up one time and are banished forever? Annoying. He best get back with her in the next book!
Warning: Read UnKiss Me before you read this book. They must be read in order.
This is the sequel to the Angels Warriors story. We go back and pick up parts of the first story from a different perspective and then pick up where the first book left off.
The Angels Warriors have taken over the club from their parents. It was not an easy hand off. Blood was shed.
This is the story of Lilly and Vinny aka Zippo. We know that Lilly and Vinny have an on again/off again relationship. Mostly Off. Again.
Vinny can't forgive Lilly for keeping secrets about a friend. But he has plenty of his own secrets he keeps from Lilly. Vinny's nickname should be "Hyppo" instead of Zippo. For Hypocrite. He has so many secrets he can't even keep them straight.
This book takes the story forward and reveals some of the deception only hinted at in the first book. But the story is not finished. Ms Martens keeps you on the edge of your seat for book 3. More secrets revealed.
OMG Lilly and Vinny "Zippo" - I just wanted to strangle these two!
Lilly and Vinny have had an on again, off again relationship for over a decade. And even though they have a deep love for each other, they each have tempers that neither knows how to control. The smallest things are used as excuses to break up.
Vinny is part of the MC with his two best friends growing up - Jasper "Angel" and Mason "Reaper"
This book had a lot of twists and turns because you just never knew how Lilly or Vinny were going to react to the things going on in their lives. Both have secrets that could destroy the other and when they finally come to the forefront - it explosive!
This again end on a cliffhanger - but book 3 comes out July 6th so - there is just enough time to read books 1 & 2 to be prepared!
GAH I'm so flippin frustrated, I mean I was majorly hating on vinnie throughout this book, I was thoroughly engrossed and couldn't put the book down and am now kicking myself for reading it so quickly as now gotta wait til July! Lily.........I absolutely adored Lily and am so glad she didn't fall for his shit when her life exploded for her, I found myself growling at the pages for her thinking please don't fucking fall for it. Dawn, another AHMazing story and I can't wait until unbreak this heart.....seriously I'm stamping my feet at the thought of having to wait until July lol
Ugh, this book gave me a headache. The first half was just a repeat of book 1 except it was from another couple's POV. And the H, Vinny, made me want to throat punch him a hundred times. I'll only read the next book because it's free on KU & to skim through it to see how it ends. I only recommend this series to readers who like over the top stories with cheating.
really would have rated this series around a 3.6 so i have rounded up the ratings. i couldn't quite get behind this series. every single character was just so selfish and ready to place blame with everyone else. it just didn't quite come together for me .. too many lies and too many secrets and not enough happy. i liked the third book in the series the best, especially the last chapter and i may just read the next book because of that but not today
